Staff were friendly and helpful, albeit challenged in English communications.
Room was SUPER small even though it was advertised as a quad.

Easy access next to the highway and parking. Very good breakfast! Clean room, new bathroom.

The view was very nice (and the AC), also the ladies working in the reception - super nice and competent. Bathroom was small but very nice and comfortable.
Bedding wasn't too comfortable. Breakfast was just not good.

I like the cleanliness and functionality of the room, minimal though; i liked the breakfast variety, from scrambled eggs to warm croissant, and quality was ok. accessibility to the hotel is fine and parking area it was not a problem (november)

Modest, but clean and located right next to the beach with a bar. rooms cleaned every day without interference with personal belongings. Tasty breakfasts, top-class service, smiling and helpful. Contact us 24 hours a day in case of problems. Perfect for families, groups of friends or singles. Thank you for these 6 days.
This is not a minus, but there was no small fridge in the room. ;)

The hotel is located near the beach, but also easy access by bus to the Rimini central station. The staff was friendly and responsive to any requests. We had the "all inclusive" option - which here means 3 meals with drinks included during the meal. That turned out to be amazing experience: the main course and the second course we had pre-ordered and the the cold appetizers and salads were in buffet style. Great opportunity to try local italian cuisine. The breakfast was standard, also very good and rich in quality and quantity.
The room view on the old building was not at all picturesque. Though, we then were given an option to switch, but we stayed for the bigger room size.
