hotel Impero did not return 64 euros to the card, they said that this was only a blockage. and they will return! but I contacted my bank and they said it was a payment and the hotel did not return anything to the card!

Amazing staff and perfect location. Yes, the furniture is dated, so don't expect luxury , but the beds are comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day and the aircon is spot on.
We had two rooms( 3 adults, 1child), with no view ( windows at the back), however, this was an advantage as the noise from the main street would have been a problem for my little one. The size of the rooms was good ( double bed and settee).
The location is ideal, a few steps from the beach with lots of restaurants and shops just outside the hotel.
I can't thank the staff enough for the amability and professionalism. They always smiled and accommodated all our requests promptly; nothing seemed too much trouble. Thanks to you guys, our holiday was perfect.
Will deffinetly return.

I loved the personnel of the hotel - very friendly, helpful and congenial. I also loved the food - fresh and tasty. The room was good, everything was functioning, everything was clean. Perfect value for perfect price.

Location is so well - few minutes to the sea. Rooms are clean and cozy. Staff changes the towels everyday. A price was very good. A second time about staff - Always smiling and kind! Breakfast was ok. We will back there for sure! Best wishes!

The hotel has a very good location (cca 100m from the beach).
We were welcomed by Deborah at the reception. She is kind person who had a smile on her face all day long! She helped us a lot, giving full information about everything ! Such a kind soul!! Thank you for everything.
The communicatiom with the hotel prior our arrival was smooth, quick respond time.
Recommend to get the room with courtyard view to avoid a noise from the street at night, however the streetview rooms has a bigger balcony with a table and chairs on it + you can have beach view.

The location of the hotel. But the doesn't have parking place in or around the hotel. And you have to pay more....
I regret that pay for breakfast, the most awful thing that have to eat on my vacation. It was very small portion for 8 on human. They didn't give us anything Normal for the money. It was a full disaster! Everything in our room was old. And the furnitures was broken. The personal was not good and polite at all. Never return in this hotel.

I was on a vacation with my family and when we arrived one of the rooms has been a bit small and we requested another one. I was kindly surprised when the girl to the reception gave us two keys and let us to pick whatever room liked us. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, they give us tips for public transportation which for us were very useful. The breakfast was acceptable, not so good but enough. The coffee was terrible but thank goodness we were in Italy and everywhere else was good coffee . The bed wasnt so comfortable, because the double bed was instead a twin bed with a space between the mattresses . It was very clean, the cleaning lady was so kind and nice and she was from Romania like us. One big plus is that the hotel is near the beach, approximately 2-3 minutes walking. Overall the accommodation was good and we were pleased.
It was a bit old and need some renovations.

Stayed for the second time, just for short 3 day trip. Everything was good - room clean, all necessary bath accessories available, air conditioning working perfectly.
