We have been touring from England to Italy and the breakfast was the best we have had The cakes were beautiful and the scrambled eggs were made to order and delicious The staff were extremely helpful, even lending us an Italian conversion plug so we could charge our phone The parking was secure and nearby The outdoor seating area was perfect in the evening and the bar and restaurant had plenty of choice and were good value

This is a wonderful, cozy hotel in the heart of the Rimini beach area. Great location, on the main tourist street. The hotel is new, well maintained and most importantly clean! I travel and fly on business a lot, and I can say with confidence that the owners care about the hotel and the high level of service for guests! You will feel it in everything. I was especially pleased and surprised that on the day of departure there was heavy rain, big traffic jams and I could not order a taxi. I really didn't know what to do. The owner of the hotel personally drove me. He took me in his car and drove me personally. Special thanks for such an attitude towards their guests!!!

Great place to stay due to the superlative accomodation conditions! Very clean and quite cozy room, great location of the hotel, tasty breakfast, the staff has been hospitable and very friendly to us. Davide, the host and receptionist of the hotel, was a real joy!! We sincerely recommend it for a pleasant stay!!

David was the most amazing and attentive host! it is beyond impressive how he takes care of every guests need with a HUGE smile on his face!
We took the full board option and it was amazing! The menu for lunch and dinner changes every day, and if you do not like the options, they can prepare something different just for you.
we traveled with our 2 dogs that stayed at the hotel FREE of charge. The hotel and staff is very pet friendly.
There is a fenced parking lot 200m with a automatic doors that are opened by a special card, so your vehicle is in a safe spot during your stay.
Rooms are average sized and furnished, but very comfortable (they look better in person than on these pictures on booking). The AC works perfectly and the blinds create total darkness in the room (which is awesome if you are a late sleeper like me :) )
The beach behind the hotel is 50m away. It costs 20 eur per day, for 2 beds and umbrella, which was a little much, but not under hotels control.
The street on which the hotel is offers a lot of shops, pancake stands, gelato stands, magnets/clothing/ stands. And live music events, so I am sure you will not be bored :)
The beds and umbrella were a little expensive, especially since there was a lot of seaweed in the water at the time of our stay.

Great location, close to the Rimini beach, on a walking distance from the city center. Clean, comfortable, newly-furnished room with a clean bathroom. Friendly, English-speaking staff. After I had unfortunately broken my ankle, they immediately offered help and brought icecubes to our room. Before we left the hotel in the morning, we were served with variety of pastry, scrambled eggs, toast, delicious coffee, juice ...
