The staff were kind and helpful to my family members, very friendly overall. Some of the rooms I booked for my guests—five in total—offered a beautiful sea view with balcony.
Swimming Pools is clean and modern
The double room small size. The elevator, while necessary because of the building’s layout, was often slow and busy, causing frequent waits.
Breakfast was decent, and the staff were attentive and helpful.
Hotel parking cost 20 euros per night and was quite expensive, but outside the summer season, nearby parking options are available.

Proximity for bus, to beach, shops and restaurants near by. Vey quiet place.
Room is small,breakfast is mainly of cake, and crossiants.The pool is in Gladstone Hotel which is close by, make sure to have own towels. Also you have to pay tourist charge separately which is not included in the price 4 Euros/person/day.

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and easily approachable. They were always ready to assist with anything you needed. The location is also ideal for a relaxing sun holiday, with the beach just a short walk away.
The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable; the springs were easily felt, making it difficult to lie down. Additionally, the rooms were very noisy, which can be particularly bothersome in the morning due to loud guests and the shifting of beds during early room cleaning. The shower was also problematic, as it couldn’t maintain a consistent temperature and fluctuated between hot and cold.

The hotel is old, not 4 stars at all. We paid for a triple room and were assigned to a double room, with old, unwashed bedspreads and curtains.The hotel does not have a swimming pool, it is in another hotel Gaston. Breakfast is distributed in small pieces and you have to ask for more. After a complaint, we were moved to the Gaston hotel in a triple room. When booking, please screenshots and monitor the fulfillment of obligations! If you complain, you will get what you paid for. I liked the pool. The sea was very dirty and we went a kilometer further from Rimini.
The hotel is old, dirty curtains, bedspreads, the staff is lazy and indifferent. At the Gaston Hotel everything was different, polite and friendly. The sea is dirty. The saving grace is the pool at the Gaston Hotel.Breakfast is small pieces and you have to ask for more. I liked the Gaston Hotel more. Elizir never!
