Wonderful
Nice and friendly staff. Good location, very close to the beach and few kilometers from city center. Clean and comfortable with nice breakfast.

Nothing, however the staff were friendly and helpful.
Double room was very small awful furnishings made the room feel even smaller. The bathroom was tiny and pokey. To use the toilet/bidet properly contortionist moves were required or both feet were in the shower. The sink was fit only for a dolls house. Rather noisy as you could clearly hear peoples conversations from inside your room and when the bathroom was used.
Definitely not 4 star standards, I think 2 stars would be sufficient.

Neverthelss food was good. Although there is variaty of food. As a 4 star hotel, I would like to see change (1-2) of food during the week. If you stay 1 week or more and eat same food, that become boring.
Only shower cabine is to small. But that didn't change our pleasure during our stay.

The only two things we liked were the location and the friendly staff.
Ooi, a lot of things we didn't like. 1. The room was very small for a 4 star hotel 2. The breakfast was every day one and the same and no variety of food. You had to wait to serve you and this took a lot of time 3. The room and the bathroom for a 4 star hotel had to be cleaned every day but no. The lady cleaned and gave us new towels only the first day. The other days she made just our beds without changing the sheets for five days while we were there. The same was with the bathroom and toilet. I had to go twice to ask for toilet paper because she didn't give us. Horrible. 4. You had to pay for the parking place and for the beach which was awful. 5. There was a swimming pool in another hotel but so very small for the guests of the two hotels

Lovely hotel. The room was extremely clean. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful and always smiling.
It was great that we could use the swimming pool in the sister hotel just 1 minute from our hotel, even though the beach was literally across the road.. The local street entertainment was also free with seating provided..
San Marino is well worth visiting, just 30 min away from our hotel..
The Lime scooter rental really worth trying too..
Me personally, I think breakfast might be better as self serve (maybe there is a reason why it's not), but I was more than happy with the selection offered..
