Very Good
Excellent location, next to beach 75, lots of restaurants around (we recommend Gatto Negro - better make a reservation),very convenient parking (20/day)
Parking space is a small so be ready to manuvre
Electric plugs are only for 2 pins so better have an adaptor

Standard of hotel and staff is an average 2 starters should not be rated as 4 star I have stayed at 4 other 4 star hotels this holiday all far superior in every way

The brekfast was good and clean (but everyday the same)
The hotel is not worth the money at all. We were scamed for many things, the woman who works at the reception was not helpful at all and behaved very badly with her customers, she speaks very little English, we couldn't even understand each other. We paid for a room with a sea view and we got a completely different room, without a sea view.2 days before we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the hotel charges 20 per day. the hotel is quite old and has not been renovated for a long time. nothing is like the pictures. the hotel has sunbeds but they are charged for very high prices, I recommend you to look for another hotel

Disappointing
The breakfast was very good and healthy
The room was very small. We booked a deluxe room and we received a standard one. When i asked if our room was deluxe , the lady from the reception Lied to us . Later we saw other rooms deluxe which were clearly bigger and more confortable .
It was very dificult to deal with the small room especially because we were with out 5 month baby .
We were required to pay all the costs in advance most likely because they knew that the room was not a deluxe one.
Very unprofessional staff!
The Bath cabin was so small and so old that i could bearly wash myself .
This is for sure not a 4 star hotel and it doesnt deserve the money .
Not a kids friendly hotel , there was not a single water heater in the hotel .

Wonderful
The hotel is quiet even if the room was facing the street. The beach was just there and clean. Breakfast was versatile. Food during dinner was great for the price and highly to recommend.

The hotel is very bad. I paid for the morning breakfast and it was a very bad breakfast in addition to the disrespectful reception staff and the price written on the website is completely incorrect when I arrived at the hotel the price is changing and the room service is very very bad cleaning

Breakfast was good. It starts a bit late when you are traveling because of work.
The girl in the reception is not very helpful. I asked her to call a taxi, her reply was: They don't pick up the phone, I'll give you the number and you will get it... SERIOUSLY? I don't even speak Italian. I guess she was only lazy, busy, or everything.

hotel well located across the road from beautiful beach . Hotel clean and breakfast was lovely . The staff were very contentious and pleasant to talk to . The hotel is located on a road with numerous bars , food places and shops .

The staff were all so lovely & helpful. Sea view. Very short walk to Metromare. Only 10 mins to Rimini old town away from the strip for night time.
