One of the best selling points of the hotel is its location right next to the beach, with plenty of restaurants/bars/supermarket/shops nearby. Travel from/to Rimini train station can be done by bus with a stop very close to the hotel. Free bikes are available and can be usefull to explore nearby attractions. Discount is available for bed rentals on beach in front of hotel. Also free beaches are reachable within a short walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull with every question we had and at checkout offered us a bottle of wine. Bathroom was a little tight but room itself is big enough for two and balcony may have a nice view of the beach. Breakfast had good quality and variety.
On some locations WIFI recepetion was weak or inexistent

Location was perfect looking over the beach. The rooms are clean and spotless, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The property also offers free bike rental which is great. I would recommend, and would stay again

Good
The rooms are basic, but everything is clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is good, you just have to cross the street and you get to the beach. Breakfast is included in the rate, the wifi works well. The entire staff is really friendly, they offered a bottle of wine as a present on the departure day.
The room and the bathroom are on the small side, the furniture is a bit dated and the "see view" that appears in the description is at least misleading, if not completely false. But there is nothing major that prevents you from enjoying a short trip at the sea.
