the super friendly waiting staff and the pool, also the quality of the food and the cleanliness.

This hotel is alongside the Marecchia river, close to the beach, the resort was quiet when we went 11th Sept, we had been given an upgrade to a larger room for some reason which was good. The restaurant was well equipped and the food good buffet style appetizers for dinner with a fair menu choice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel seems a little dated in its furniture and dcor but still provides an enjoyable stay.

Good breakfast selection, catered for gluten free diet. Could hire bikes for 5euro deposit as much as you liked to help explore the surrounding areas. We used them everyday. Staff all friendly, polite and very helpful.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean facilities/room.
Airco works, beach towels available, that may be refreshed daily.
Fridge in the room. Laundry service is great too.
The hotel is situated on the far edge of Rimini's beach area, which means it is quite a walk to the city centre. Good thing the hotel is providing bikes for free and that makes the location practically irrelevant as Rimini is flat so biking is easy and pleasant.
All in all, I recommend it.
Activities nearby and restaurant next to the hotel may cause noice hindering.
The pool is only for free in the morning and early afternoon, after a certain hour it is paid as then the sauna can be used too. Think that's not cool as there are guests who may like to swim without making use of the sauna.
Also, if you want to go to the beach, good to know it is a private beach and you need to rent a bed with a sunbed sheriff (no relationship with the hotel) who in great detail explains you what you're not allowed to do, whilst the hotel reception told us "you can just lie anywhere". Sunbed sheriff talked about a hotel voucher, hotel never mentioned such a thing. Twice, on different days, we were not complying to the sunbed police rules with different violations. Very frustrating. Finally we were offered a solution, an umbrella and 2 beds at the far end where we didn't want to be. Showing our dislike ended up in a much better solution. Next day we took the bike and went somewhere else, where the sunbed sheriffs were less complicated. The hotel should do a better job in organizing this.
There is parking next to the hotel that seems to be for "special" guests as it was not offered to us, but I noticed other guests parking there. We were offered a public car park space at 500m walking for 15 euro per night instead.
Wifi is very poor / not available in our room.

Staff went above and beyond to satisfy all needs: from room choice to bicycle rental. Clean and comfortable; love the common areas, including the downstairs lounge and the rooftop, as well as the views from the room. Located right in front of the beach and only a 10 minute bike ride from Old Rimini. The breakfast was wonderful as was the aperitivo that the hotel staff organize on their own initiative on Saturday evening.
Nothing not to like in this traveller's experience. Everything was perfect and provided down to the smallest detail.

Nice and quiet part of Rimini so there is less hustle and bustle if thats what youre looking for.
Location is quite a fair way from the main strip in Rimini so if you want to go shopping or have more restaurant options and a bit more hustle and bustle then this is probably not in the best location. The line 2 bus takes you right outside the hotel but often the bus doesnt turn up and its every half hour plus taxis are not easy to find. Breakfast is included and service is great. It caters more to people with a sweet tooth with heaps of cakes to eat and not many savoury options in comparison.

We had a great time at this hotel. The service was so good, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing - best selection of cakes ever!
Hotel was right in the beach. Interconnecting room/suite was perfect for a family and lovely big balcony.
The pool was small but fine for one family at a time.
