Love the location next to the beach. The breakfast was gorgeous and had a lovely view. I enjoyed spending time at the hotel's pool.
Was hoping to go to the hotel's spa after having already paid a fair amount but the spa ended up being another cost on top of that which I couldn't justify spending that much extra on.

Large room, comfy bed, good location to get to the beach. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast with a spectacular view.
Would have been great to have a better sitting option. And the view from the balcony - even with a beach view - was not the nicest, due to being directly situated towards the backside of the next hotel.

Spa price was very high for a very limited period and there is no massage option which contradicts a bit with being a spa hotel.

We were upgraded as it was our birthdays I think to a higher floor. Room was beautiful a good size all mod cons very clean lovely bathroom great sound proofing as it was on a very busy road. The bar area was lovely with a brilliant bar man who made great cocktails. The bed was very large and very comfortable. The poll outside was a nice size as many similar hotels had much smaller pools with little privacy. The location was perfect we could walk to beach, restaurants, bars, old town all very easy. The hotel did offer free bikes to cycle around which is very popular. But it’s easy to walk to old town which is stunning. There are local buses and trains. I believe hotel offer free parking if needed.
Our deal did not include breakfast. It was 15 euros each for breakfast. There was a wide range of breakfast foods but all the eggs were very poor had been prepared several hours earlier and dried up. No fresh orange juice. We later learnt you could request a fresh omlette and fresh orange juice but we were not informed of this. We could not find the spa but again we’re told you had to book and pay 50 euros per hour?? On our last morning I saw a new sign in reception with an offer of 21 euro’s per day to use beach beds and an umbrella. We had paid 25 euros day before. Our TV channels were all Italian. We asked reception if we could have even one English news channel but no one ever came back to us. The room coffee machine had the wrong pods no instructions on how to operate. So room tea/ coffee was pretty non existant. Room only had two small glasses. There were paper cups but they left a horrible taste to the drink. It would help to have information in the room about the hotel and local areas. After our poor breakfast experience we went to the hotel next door. Same price but very well managed, welcoming and had signs offering fresh cooked eggs plus a small lunch role on request. A brilliant machine was available easy to use to press fresh orange juice. They displayed a certificate commending them for their breakfast nice touch.

Fantastic rooms and the location is decent enough. The staff is also quite friendly
That said, though the staff is friendly, I think the expectations is that you are only there to get drunk and party on the beach. They could not provide accurate information on tourism activities or where the airport was! The fitness room is much more barebones than it looks on the images. The pool also isn't outdoor (as in images). It was suggested that I can get a discount of purchasing a beach chair for 15EUR.... Why would I do an extra purpose when I opted for a higher-star hotel that I thought would have the outdoor pool as pictured?
A/C also isn't controlled... all these things they said are just temporary. Hallway noise is frequent and elevators are outdated. I felt a bit ripped off given that I paid a bit more thinking that I'd have these amenities. If I go back, I'd probably stay at one of the 100 other properties identical to this.

I loved the breakfast. Parking was easy. Location was great. Staff professional and friendly. We had a comfortable suite
The “gym” is really old with very few machines (2). I have actually been coming to this hotel for Many years. The bicycle and treadmill have been the same for maybe 15 years. They used to supply water down there but no longer do.

I can not recommend more this hotel!
Incredibile central position, and almost on the beach. And only 10 minutest walk frome the central Rimini movida. And Just inches from the pedestrian lane that runs by the shore.
The room and the bathroom were super furnished with renovated amenities and there was also a lovely balcony fronting the sea.
Double windows prevented any noise coming from the bars and clubs around at night, and we had the silence we needed to rest perfectly.
Perfectly clean, with a 24h free heated pool.
This has been one of the most comfortable stay in a very long time!
Absolutely nothing not to like, if anything at all, the room was a little tiny, but perfectly organized to host even bigger luggages and stuff for longer stays
(We just didn't have breakfast so we can't review it)
