The location is perfect, a 3 minute-walk from Spagna metro station. The place is very quiet, very clean and elegant. Milana was so nice and helpful. Very good value for money. Highly recommended!

The room was cozy, friendly, quiet and warm. Bed linens were clean, all toiletries available and sufficient, had tea, coffee for espresso machine, water, juice, and some waffles in the fridge. Ah, yes, the location is awesome, close to Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Spagna, etc
The kettle didn't worked but the espresso maker did the job, no problem A thing I didn't like was the balcony, a small one, that's all but all together everything was fine!

The check in was easy and friendly. We were very close to shopping and within walking distance to many historical sites. I felt very safe in this location. The room was large, clean and well taken care of. We did not receive breakfast.

Great location. Lots of shopping, restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance. On a busy street but very quiet in the rooms.
I dont have any complaints. Canova rooms met all of our needs for a family of five!!

Location was fabulous, just up the road from the Spanish Steps. Near lots of shops and restaurants and most attractions are within walking distance. Spanish feel spacious room (106), very clean with plenty of water/juices replenished daily. Loved the balcony overlooking a quiet side road. Worth paying for a private airport pickup which they organised and dropped us off directly outside. (Not sure we would have found it on our own) No complaints about anything. Would stay here again.
With regard to previous comments, this is not a swanky hotel but serviced rooms right in the heart of the action, which suited us as there were plenty of places for breakfast etc, in your own time. Be aware that reception is not open all day but youre provided with contact details if you need anything. Furniture a little dated. Otherwise all good.
