The facility is very close to the main attraction, the beach. Parking was first come first serve so parked and didn’t move until we left. For European standards the air conditioning was excellent. The gardens and pool were extremely clean and nice.
The facility is very dated. The door to the room was similar to a barn door and pretty much performed as one.

Swimming pool hours were restrictive.
Maybe a toaster and a kettle could be supplied.
Noise and conversations from adjacent apartments were heard clearly.
After a week, clean towels could have been supplied.

Fair qulaity-price, good airconditioning, nice balcony, a lot of greenery
Really poor comfort of beds, check-in at the latest at 19h which is annoying for people travelling from further places: anything can happen and delay our arrival, but hardly any flexibility (they said only exceptionally they would stay until 19h30). A bit too much for our doggy, I paid less at a nice hotel...
Connecting rooms should not be rented to separate families because you can hear them even when talking normally. (Bear in mind: it is Italy and some Italian fathers are "violent" and loud ;-) )

After reading the comments, we were a bit cautious, but actually it was better than we expected. The pool was extremely well maintained. The appartment not luxurious, but contained all necessary equipment. Beds were very comfortable and the bed sheets very clean.
The air conditioner was in one bedroom only, and the one downstairs did not work very well.

Accommodation surrounded by trees and flowers with a lovely clean pool in the middle.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away, as well as a shop.
Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, wi-fi, air conditioning - We enjoyed it.

the house was cleaned. The swimming pool was great but not open all the time. the beach is 5min by foot so it’s very nice.
Thé configuration of the house. all the rooms are upstairs and the toilet is at the RDC. So this is not comfortable when your child’s have an issue during the night. Some upgrades are necessary in the toilets but it was comfortable.

Swimming pool was great, beds are comfy, lovely and clean, plenty of sheets and towels
Winding staircase was terrible. Only air conditioning in 1 bedroom. Missing basics like washing up liquid, tea towels land bowls, backdoor didn't lock. Very expensive for what you get.

Everything was great, the location was really convenient, close to the beach and we enjoyed the swimming pool a lot and the life guards there were very kind and friendly. Very nice and quite, we will definitely come back.
The WiFi was not working maybe Because we were too far from the reception.
