We loved the location and views of this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. They upgraded us to be in a room closer to our other family members staying there. The room had a large nice bed in the bedroom with pullout sofa bed in the sitting area. The bathrooms were large and clean. The grounds were stunning with all the fresh flowers and lemon trees. Breakfast was lovely every morning, big spread with something for everyone. Finally the pool was a highlight for us, being so high up and the summer heat beating down, it was lovely to cool off poolside and have some cocktails.
The going green products were nice, however flimsy. When staying in a 4-star hotel, I tend to expect nicer quality soaps and lotions.

Wonderful view down the Amalfi Coast. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff was very responsive to all our requests and questions. All around great experience.

Rooms were sparse and lacked character. The front desk staff was not super helpful. Lacked character.

The room was spacious and the view from our balcony was amazing.
The location was quiet, with a short walk to the centre of Ravello.
We had a spa bath with the shower over and alrhough it was great, it was hard to get in and out of. I actually slipped and badly bruised my leg.

The sea views were great. The landscaping was very nice. The location was good. Room size was good.
The comfort of the room. The bed was extremely firm. The furnishing was very basic. The tub is very difficult to entire in and out in order to shower. Breakfast was ok. Very limited menu for food.

Very nicely appointed room with separate sitting area and balcony with the most stunning view, English TV channels available. Very good Continental breakfast
Shower over spa bath was Extremely difficult and dangerous to get into and out off- A Very BIG NEGATIVE- No coffee machine in room! This is standard in the most basic hotel/motel and certainly expected in 4 star accommodation

I loved how there was views from every window of the Amalfi Coast. The breakfast was decent
The room was big but some stairs to get around - It was also wet and slippery so we had to be careful. The heat did not work. I was traveling with a co-worker who needed to be warm.
