Bedroom was great and cleaned well
It was very run down outside needs to be upgraded no were to have a coffee / beer at the rear of the hotel , breakfast was poor a lone toaster in the dinning room for all guests is hardly 4 star , the bar was very poor , the owner seem to treat it like its their home roaming around the place , two toilets in the lobby had out of order signs on but they were not OO / order this was just so we didnt use them,

A nice hotel with excellent facilities and an excellent location on the beach. I appreciate the possibility of parking in the hotel area. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Professional and very friendly staff in the dining room and at the reception who were able to give advice. Comfortable bed.
We were a little surprised that you have to pay for sunbeds on the beach (25 for a sunbed in the first row, 20 in the others). No service, coffee, water on the beach... probably because it was already mid-September and after the main season.

+ Very nice staff at the reception, helpful, very friendly + Checkin was already possible when we arrived earlier, thank you again + Very nice, renovated rooms and very clean + Very nice beach in front of the hotel + Safe and free parking on private parking space of the hotel
Breakfast was very disappointing, low quality and choice :-( And at the end, they did not fill up everything. Also the breakfast staff was not so attentive.

Super location for rest & relaxation.
Hotel is family run. Davide & reception staff super to deal with. Aranela was very accommodating in adding an extra night to our stay. Beach access from hotel and 15 mins walk to Port Censaro centre.
Good breakfast Lunch available on site - small bar for a drink. Highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic location, very helpful staff, world class sandy beaches and true Italian cousine dinners.I highly recommend for families whose are open to discover a truly italian holiday place

The breakfast, the service and even the restaurant was able to give us really enjoyable food at noon, we didn't need to go elsewhere to eat. We still did the 20 minute walk to the town for dinners. Also, excellent location, the sea is beautiful - would absolutely return.
They have promised free wifi, however they didn't specify that the wifi will be usable. Whilst we could connect, for most purposes it was too slow to be used at at.. That was rather disappointing.

The size of the room.
Facilities are dated although room that we were in had the bedrooms renovated but the shower and toilet was from the old structure . Not worth the 4 star rating and price tag that comes with it. A mediocre 3 star at best. Look elsewhere for better value for money.

Room was spacious and clean, parking convenient, breakfast sufficiently diverse.
I thought the price included the beach services but we had to pay 20 euros per day for the beach.

Being right on the beach.
Very unusual atmosphere especially in restaurant.. No cocktails or music on the beach? No one enjoyed the sunset. Restaurant weird ,had TV on during dinner. and breakfast. Food just ok pretty basic. Would not stay here again.
