What a lovely B&B. Easy check in and good communication from the staff. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice bathroom and shower. Great location in center of town - 10 minutes walk from train and bus station. A snack bar, available to guests 24/7, was provided with a wide selection of snacks, coffee, tea and breakfast items. Strong wifi. Highly recommend. We'd definitely stay here again.

Everything in there is simply great: location (close to the beach and in the center), flat equipment (everything you may need is provided), the Owner is extraordinary kind and helpful. Place itself very clean and comfortable.

This property met every expectation we had. It was so close to my cousins house which was important however everything concerning the room, the staff, the cleanliness was more than I expected. Would absolutely go back the next time in Pescara. It was lovely !

Everything at Casa Gaia was exceptional. The self-service kitchen was well stocked, the rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean, the parking space is secure, and you are easily within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, train station, etc.
The only thing I would suggest is more whole grain breakfast items!
