Good location
No elevator, it’s very difficult in summer time to climb the stairs.

The apartment is right in the center of Palermo and 16 min walk from Palermo Centrale.
The apartament looks exactly like in the pictures, but, becouse there is a big but, the dirt is not shown in the pictures.
This was, by far, the dirtiest apartament that we have stayed in. We had a very tight schedule and we couldn't move/ask for a reimbursment. We came late night and only to sleep.
Let's start from the living room. The table wasn't clean. It had traces of glasses and crumbs. The wall behind the couch had MOLD and dampness. The couch has transformed from white to almost black. The covers have never been washed/cleaned. The TV had no remote and also the kids had no pillows. When I asked the owner on whatsapp, he read the message but he answered the other morning if I found the remote and for the pillows that we can use the decorative pillows wich were in the same condition like the couch...dirty.
The bedroom with the big wardrobe had also MOLD and dampness. The smell from the mold was terribile. We slept with the windows open. The furniture was full of dust.
The bathroom also with mold and absoluely filthy. For the first time we were reppeled to touch anything. The towells turned from white to yellow.
We didn't touch anything in the kitchen.
I think that the owner pays a cleaning lady from time to time, for sure not after every check out, and only exchanges the sheets. It's absoluttely shamefull to have such an apartment and to keep it in those conditions. The owner has absolutelly no excuse!!

Very comfortable apartments close to city Center and seafront. There is also nice park nearby, big grocery store and a lots cafe (you can also visit owner’s restaurant “Pergamene” with a discount, that located right in front of the park ?). The bedrooms was very nice and comfy. Owner provided some bottle of water and fanta in the fridge and coffee (with capsule coffee machine) in the living room.
Keep in mind, that is 4th floor and no lift.

Had a nice experience. Great location. There is no elevator and that was the only downside. The whole experience was so nice. Go there if you get a chance.

Excellent location, just at the beginning of the main street but in its silent part, 2 minutes from the sea and with the nice park under the windows and balconies.
If I could, I would put 12 for the location. The apartment has 4 balconies – that for me was simply amazing, especially two balconies with a beautiful view of the park.

This is a great location from which to explore Palermo. Emilio was very helpful and accommodating. the apartment is quite spatious and comfortable for a family of 4 for a few days. has double glazing which helped with noise during the night.
The kitchen wasn't very clean and was missing basic things like enough cups and teaspoons. We had planned to cook a few meals there but didn't.

Perfect central location with very nice views from balconies. Very quiet facility with enough rooms. Everything was clean, wifi was working very well. Host was very nice and communication was perfect. I recommend this appartment for trips to Palermo.
We very missed some coffee table in front of the sofa. We missed also wine glasses and glasses in general. That is why we have boght some plastic wine glasses by ourselves to the apartment.

Location of the apartment is perfect, close to the sea on one side, close to the center on the other side. Windows and balconies in all rooms, even in the kitchen, so apartment was very bright. One bedroom has windows on the park side, the other one on the street - so that side was quite noisy if you left the window open, but after closing the windows we could not hear the noise anymore. All the most important and beautiful places in Palermo are reachable by walking from the apartment. The apartment is located in the main street that goes to the Qautro Canti - 5-7 min walking distance.
Bedsheets and towels included, coffee machine, microwave, cooker, dishes, cutlery - all available! I recomend that apartment to all, especially to families, as there are two separate bedrooms and a leaving room + separate kitchen. Very comfortable.
a bit dirty carpets, and some dust in the furniture, but all the above pros compensated that disadvantage:)
