The staff, the A/C, proximity to highway, easy parking, tv worked, nice outdoor view.
our room was near a garbage bin and attracted ants, would have liked a balcony, interior was dark and a bit shabby although clean. towels could use replacing as were visibly old.

The architecture and the very friendly approach of the team members making me Feels at home . GRAZIE The two restaurants are amazing specially pizza and tiramisu.
Distance to go to the beach Mondello. I wish they have a swimming pool.

Pretty location
Did not conform at all to the Deluxe suite that we had booked! The place in itself although recently renovated, feels dusty and dated with horrible LED lighting and light switches that can only turn off both lights on either sides of the bed. Completely illogical. They claimed they a technical difficulty that day and the wifi wasn't functioning at all. The shower only worked when you press on it, and no one explained to us how the overhead shower worked and we did not manage to make it work during our stay. Also, we requested an airport transfer from the airport and was quoted 60 euros. Upon arrival at the airport, we saw that the rates were regulated by the city and the actual price that should have cost us was 39 euros. When we explained this to the reception, they quickly readjusted the rate to 40 euros. The staff was courteous and explained that the Luxury Suites did not belong to the same group as the Villa Lampedusa Hotel. We were very disappointed and outraged that such establishment could operate in this manner.

Villa looks amazing, rooms as well, very high ceiling, shower was very good. Also there is fine restaurant next to it. Expensive, but excellent quality
