The host was amazing with a very good mood to provide the best service and we thank him very much for that. The two separate room apartment was spacious and clean on the first floor of a well maintained and secure apartment building right in the center of town.

Excellent location of a spacious flat! WIth a few steps, you are in the most popular area of Palermo, and all main areas and sights are in walking distance. The flat is in a nice and well-maintained building. You are welcomed by the host, who offers you plenty of useful suggestions for your stay. If you are by car, there is also a large parking (with payment) just in the square on which the building is. Moreover, you are in an area in which you do not feel unsafe. A special mention to the ladies in charge of the cleaning, who are very kind and effective. Last but not least, on the day of departure, the host kindly offered to keep the luggage until the actual time of leaving.
A little renewal of the furniture and accessories would give the final touch for perfection. Certain elements, such as bedside lamps or a garment rack, were too much basic and prone to "collapse". While it is understandable in a logic of high turnover, raising the quality level of these elements would be a little action with higher return in term of customer satisfaction. Also, it may contribute to make the flat less "impersonal". Other point is that overnight, especially in the weekend, it can be rather noisy (especially because the flat is on the first floor), but this is something you must sort of accept as you are in a very central area of a lively city. The flat has however double-glazed windows in one room, which may help to protect your sleep.

The location of the property was good. Easy access to shops and buses. The property was on the 1st floor with a big iron door and we felt secure
The bed was not comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable. The apartment is actually a 1 bedroom apartment but has been split into two bedrooms by putting the second bed in the living room with the kitchen right next to the bed.

Very large rooms in a good central location. We arrived on Sunday with free parking on the street outside. On the Monday when we were leaving the traffic was crazy and cars competing for parking.
The apartment was fairly easy to find, although typical of city centre, not very attractive on outside. We were only two, but apartment could take six . Good facilities and bathroom with large shower.

The hosts were amazing, so accommodating and on hand all the time to help with anything we needed, always 5 mins away. They couldn't have been more helpful. The location was perfect,so close to everything. The apartment was spotless, spacious, modern and had everything you could think of. The perfect place to stay for us a family of 6 or couples or anyone really. Will definitely be back and will be recommending!
