Very Poor
Nothing
There's a lot of garbage on the street, no access to the beach and a view of the sea through a small, dirty window. Avoid this hotel.

Breakfast is amazing. Most comfortable bed ever. Great shower.
Not in a nice area. The pool wasn't open despite the website and booking.com saying it was. Poor and limited choice of meals in the restaurant.

The place itself is very nice and beautiful but I would not call this 4 stars hotel
That was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but our room 702 had some problems:
1. The door had a hole next to the lock, and a big gap when the door was closed, that is not something you expect from a 4 star hotel... All the time we could hear noises from outside, and you could see into the room with ease from outside
2. The toilet didn't flush... I mean common...
3. The interior of the room is old and could be cleaned or renovated, or you should not call this 4 star hotel

Well basically i booked this hotel for the sole reason it said that the pool area was open when i arrived in the location the pool area was closed when i asked the receptionist about this issue she said there was some.sort of error but i wanted a refund or a small refund of this in short i ended up paying for a room i didn't use because i left the hotel and they didn't even apologize or nothing i strongly do not recommend this hotel don't know who gave it 4 stars i also want to add that in cases like this i should have had a right to speak with the manager but i guess he wasn't available or something when people book a 4 star hotel they expect the information to be accurate not come from a different country and say that the pool area will open in summer anyway -5

The hotel offered a good quality complimentary breakfast and the rooms were attended daily with fresh towels and bedding however the floors gathered a lot of dust and this wasnt maintained well. We spent very little time here due to sightseeing and it was great value.
In its day this would have been an exceptional property but this was a number of years ago and the place has a tiered feeling and lacking some TLC. Its location to Palmeros main centre and attractions is some 40 mins on foot. Roof top pool was closed and is seasonal only.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Good decor. Free parking, in a city with plenty of traffic problems was an absolute bonus. Good breakfast selection but dinner menu might need expanding.
The swimming pool wasn't open and there was no indication when booking that would be the case. The gym equipment was outdated and mostly broken. These two points were key to us when making the booking so very disappointed they were not available. The location is great in that it is on the sea front, just about, but the area around it is dirty and unwelcoming, the walk into the city centre could be classed as daunting to those who are wary of their surroundings.

Breakfast was good, even the bar at the ground level was great to stay at and have a drink.
Hotel needs to be refurbished. Instead of a double bed we were given two single beds which weren't quite comfortable.

Disappointing
Bar staff pleasant and helpful
Poor menu. Food very expensive. Reception staff slow in responding when guests come to the desk (they were often on social media). Manner abrupt and sullen. Remote TV control in room faulty. Bar excessively expensive. Bar staff pleasant and helpful. I had to leave early for a flight but no breakfast was made available.
District run down.
