Wonderful
It was the perfect place in a perfect location. The rooms are on the small side but so expertly appointed and beautifully maintained. The owners have taken great care to create a warm, comfortable space for anyone who is coming to Palermo to enjoy being close to the historic city center. We came to attend the opera at the Teatro Massimo so it was perfect for us - just a short few minute's walk. An affordable place in the center of everything.
We had great difficulty finding the place. There is no sign indicating the building. The taxi had to let us out a block away due to the fact that the hotel is located on a pedestrian only street. We finally called the number provided on booking.com and the owner came down and met us on the street. If I were staying here again I would contact the owner before I arrived and get detailed instructions for finding the place and checking in. It would be helpful if that information was provided on the listing.

The location was excellent! Walkable to all the wonderful sites and Old Town. Plenty of restaurants nearby and transportation. Giacomo and Patriza were fantastic hosts, they assisted us with information on where we should visit. They are excellent host and the rooms were very clean! We truely loved our stay and loved visiting Palermo! The breakfast was amazing, they offer a voucher to a nearby Cafe that was so pleasant and relaxing to enjoy the delicious pastries and coffee!

The location is fantastic. It’s right on the main pedestrian walk and in the more up scale part. Best spacious clean modern bathroom. The owner, Gaetano, will spend time explaining where to go and what to watch out for This gave us a great start (not having done our homework). The included breakfast is at a nice cafe near by. Great arrangement.
The view out the balcony (3 floors above the street) is the backside of another building. We had no time to sit and look out. The little alley is being turned into anther pedestrian area. Should be another nice area in time. We have no other complaints. Enjoyed a holiday weekend.

Great location, very secure, roomy, clean, quiet. The breakfast that was at a nearby cafe was an added value.
Had a little difficulty understanding how to enter. The language barrier made communication with the manager upon arrival a little challenging

The location of the hotel was better than we expected. The whole city is just two minutes away, and you are in the center of the tourist attractions in an instant.
Even though our flight was delayed for two hours, the manager was concerned about us and called to confirm where we were and when we would arrive. The hotel is located in a business building, and there is a 24/7 security guard. When you come to the door of the building, the guard opens it. This made us feel safer.
You are given a coupon for breakfast, and with this coupon, you can have breakfast at Cafe de Paris, which is 2 minutes away. We would also like to thank the staff at this cafe. They were very attentive to us.
There are also various snacks such as coffee, cake, and croissants in the establishment.
The room was better than we expected. We have stayed in B&B hotels before, but this was like a real hotel room. It was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious for two people.
If I come to Palermo again, I would definitely choose this establishment again.
The only downside is that the hotel is in a pedestrian area, so the street is full of shops. At night, trucks deliver goods to these shops, and the noise can be disturbing. Since Palermo is a hot city, we preferred to sleep with the window open, but some nights we woke up from our sleep. But it is still worth staying here.

Lovely light room with plenty of space and good bathroom. All very clean and beds made up/ new towels each day. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to and saw lots of Palermo. Plenty of restaurants close by, and buses/airport transfers in easy walking distance (5 mins max).
Host is very responsive and helpful, using WhatsApp - would be good to make connection before we arrived to speed up the check in process

The owner helped us all to leave early & we were able to get breakfast very close by at Spinnato restaurant! He went beyond what any other hotel manager did for us while in Sicily!
A little noisy at midnight on Saturday night but that is what happens every where in Palermo.
No one can control noise AND it stopped immediately around 11:30pm-12 because the restaurants closed.
