Wonderful
The location was excellent for walking to some key significant sites in Palermo. The breakfast was a highlight. We were so pleased with the cook to order eggs and the variety of food provided.
There was some late-night noise from entertainment on the square outside.

The corner room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the breakfast was very sufficient and served attractively.
The access to the hotel was challenging as there were many steps and a small elevator involved in getting to the proper floor. There was even a staircase down one flight from the elevator landing, necessitating carrying heavy suitcases down to the entry door. Luckily, the staff was very helpful.
Parking was also not ideal in that there was a goodly walk from the parking location to the hotel, again with heavy suitcases.

room was comfortable enough the pillows were lacking and did not have a full length mirror
breakfast was typical although protein was minimal some smoked salmon would have been appreciated
we were told they would have some items available for our early checkout which was not provided
the photos of the room on bookings.com were not of the property
help with luggage
signage upon entry was not very helpful and as the rooms are in between floors it is confusing to enter the first time

Great view of the Opera House and of the people in the streets. Huge room and great bathroom. Exceptional staff.
The elevator was not great so I generally walked up the stairs.

The location in Palermo was perfect, right across from Teatro Massimo. The hosts, Antonella and Stefania, were amazing. Super friendly and made us feel at home. A great breakfast every morning in a beautiful space. Highly recommend
It was a bit difficult figuring out how to get inside the building and then locating the exact place, since several B&Bs are in this building. But the host was great with communicating and I was able to call her on WhatsApp for help.

Boutique BnB. Very clean and well located next to opera house with Taxi stand and next to very active area (shops and restaurants) in Palermo. Very quiet inside.
A little hard to locate due to small sign on old large door but once located worked well.

We loved it. It was centrally located and quiet at the same time. The staff was excellent, polite and helped us with our language
deficit offering to speak French Spanish or English. The staff at the desk welcomed us with enthusiasm and notified us of upcoming barriers to transport the night before our departure.

Location is great
The beds were not comfortable and the busy area was noisy at nights, even with the windows sealed. We did not sleep well in our 4 nights at the hotel. Also, the breakfast leaves something to be desired. We were told we could send laundry out several times (midway through our trip and needed clean clothes), but then after asking a few times, they said it's not possible. This led to us spending time doing our own laundry on our vacation, even though the hotel says 'laundry service available'.
