NO Breakfast/NO PROBLEM! EXCELLENT PLACES TO EAT within 500 feet! Large, exceptional CLEAN one bedroom apartment, EXCELLENT Location, fully furnished to dine in! Plenty of space for clothing and luggage, excellent wi-fi free, and tv! Tea and coffee bar with liqueur provided by Sergio-a very NICE Treat! Accssess to NEW washing machine on site with provisions necessary provided-cleaning and change of bed and towels arranged by manager-Our stay of 18 days in November was WONDERFUL!

The owner, Sergio, was a wonderful host. He went over and beyond assisting us with everything. The balcony overlooking the Capo Market was great. Also, the location was just right. You could walk pretty much everywhere. A ten minute walk to Teatro Massimo, where there are a lot of cafes, restaurants and a taxi stand. We took a taxi to Mondello Beach for a day and it was worth it.

In comparison to Catania, the apartment was so so. The kitchen was adequate but no more. The”sofa” was v. Poor for sitting.

Nice location in Palermo and host is easy to communicate with.
The shower is quite small unfortunately (less than 1m squared) and the 2nd bed was not very comfortable but overall it was fine. Also the street is very noisy but with closed window it is manageable.

The communication was great. The host,Mr.Sergio,responded to every question I asked quickly. He let us checked in earlier than normal time. I really appreciated his kindness. He even gave us a pack of pasta as gift. The location is close to the old town. There is a fresh market in front the apartment. The public parking is 150m away though the apartment is in ZTL.
Cleanses could be better.
