Centrally located. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Wonderful helpful staff. We had bern pick pocketed in Pompei so we showed up snd they picked us up from airport, deferring the charge until we got money. Lovely. Close to sights, shopping, restaurants.

The hotel is located walking distance to all the sites, but is in the newer part of the city. It's surrounded by wonderful seafood restaurants and over looks a lovely piazza and the Politeamo Theater. In addition, it has two restaurants. We were only able to have drinks and tapas at the Rooftop Restaurant, but it is a must, since it was Christmas' Eve. It has wonderful views, great food and great drinks. The breakfast spread was varied and extensive to suit every taste. The staff was prompt and attentive to the guests' needs. Although the breakfast room was located in the basement, the decor and spaciousness of the room made up for the location.
Another plus, the shuttle bus from Palermo's airport, Prestia e Comande, stops right across from the hotel on the theater's Piazza Ruggerio Settimo.
Minutia - Wish there would have been freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast.

The location was great, the staff very helpful and friendly. The room itself was very comfortable, the bathroom really well equipped. The wifi worked great and we were so happy to have the coffee unit in our room.
Generally it was a great hotel with a great location- cant really pin point any negatives

The staff and concierge were amazing. Filippo the concierge helped us out with planning how to get around Sicily and tours near Palermo. His hospitality was 10/10. The rooftop at the hotel was a great place for aperitif with incredible views. Highly recommended stay with a great location to the historical center.

The staff was awesome! They communicated well and accommodated us when we arrived several hours early. Nice view of the piazza across the street. Great location! Luxury shops around the corner. We walked to all the attractions we wanted to see, including the fabulous Mercato de Ballaro. Had a delicious dinner at the hotel's rooftop restaurant with complimentary prosecco and beautiful views of Palermo.
We were given a handicapped bathroom, but we arrived very early and were happy for a room. Just took the chair out of the shower and made it work.

The staff was exceptional, they were available for questions, recommendations, booking a car to the airport, and whatever was needed. The room was very nice - comfortable beds, pillows, & bedding, large closets - very clean & comfortable. Appreciated the printed information sheet in the room.
The roof top bar/restaurant was fabulous. The staff helpful & lovely. They accommodated us for a drink, even though we did not have a reservation - greatly appreciated this gesture. The staff could not have been nicer!
The breakfast room was bright and cheery - even though there were no windows. There was a good variety of food and it was very good.
The location of the hotel is excellent - great restaurants nearby and tourist sights with in walking distance.
The shower was dangerously slippery.

Our room was on the 9th floor so we heard the rooftop lounge at night. Also the hall carpet was very dirty on the 9th floor.
