The apartment is located next to a beautiful square near all the action. You have fancy shopping to the left and the old town and open markets, sight seeing to the right. The building is classy from the outside and well decorated from within. We loved the super tall walls and unique interior. Although the street can be noisy, once you close the windows, all is calm. We arrived after midnight and Giorgio graciously arranged for a check in then. Our special requests were met without hesitation. The gentleman cleaning our apartment is wonderful and kind. We received excellent care and felt right at home! Grazie mille a tutti!!!

Wonderful
The apartment was very clean and well kept, offering a comfortable stay. The location was exceptional, within walking distance to all the main attractions in the center of Palermo. The shared taxi from the airport dropped us just steps away from the apartment. Giorgio was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We will definitely return on our next visit.

A beautiful sparkling clean apartment with every comfort in a wonderful neighborhood in Palermo. Giorgio and Costanza are very responsive and helpful, providing great tips on what to see and where to eat. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Look forward to our next visit!

Located in a really nice part of town only 5 minutes walk from the historical centre with loads of nice restaurants around.
We booked 2 apartments. Both really nice but the deluxe one I would really recommend. The extra space and balcony that goes onto the square.
Very clean, spacious with a really high celling. Great shower.

I have never stayed in such worse apartments. I didn't like anything.
Palermo is a beautiful city and there are many good apartments there. Before you book this apartment, read many reviews about it.
The apartment does not correspond to the description on the website.
bed linen and towels have not been changed for a very long time.
the equipment in the bathroom is old. there is no place to put shampoo in the shower.
the windows look at another building, the distance between the houses is no more than 2 meters.

The location was ideal for us. We took the bus from the Palermo airport and it dropped us across the street from the apartment. It is only one block from the pedestrian walkway with tons of restaurants and shops near by. The one thing you should know is that the airport bus was 6 euro and drops you off right across the street from the apartment. If you book any day tours or guides, you also meet your guide across the street (in front of Prada or by the theater (left side/right side of road). Also, if you do a day trip to Cefalu the train was a 30 minute walk up Via Roma and getting a train ticket was between 2 and 3 Euros. Everything was so much easier than we thought.
We were able to walk to the marina, the Massimo theater, the cathedral, the nuns bakery and the 4 corners very easily. The roads and sidewalks were all flat with only a slide grade going to the palace. It was ideal location, very safe and very comfortable.
We had an upstairs bedroom, it was difficult to get the luggage up the windy stairs and I wish it had the shower upstairs vs downstairs. Not a big issue as we did have a 1/2 bath upstairs and this is clearly just a personal opinion. The place itself was wonderful and if we had questions, they quickly responded (within minutes).

The hosts, Giorgio and Constanza were lovely to deal with. The apartment is in an upmarket area of Palermo and a flat walk to cafes, wine bars, restaurants, supermarket etc. The bus stop to the airport is a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is stylish with high ceilings and white decor, there is a good sized bathroom and plenty of storage. The bed has premium quality bedlinen and is extremely comfortable.
The day we were due to vacate there was no water at all but I think this was a town issue rather than a property issue.

Spacious and clean property about 10 minutes walk from the teatro. Easy access, and a lift. Nice local restaurants.
Aircon struggled to get cool but the owner kindly brought us a fan.

Spacious, comfortable and well designed. It’s in a great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist sights and excellently placed for amazing shops.

Good location! Walking distance to most of the historical areas and many good restaurants around.
The apartment looks exactly the same in the picture, clean, comfy and cozy! We really had a great time. Very friendly host Giorgio and Constanza! Thank you for all the tips and the restaurant recommendations!
