It was clean and spacious. Neighborhood is not the best but it’s fine for one night or just a few if you are not planning to be at the accommodation much.
The mattress was a bit old.

The pictures of this hotel are very misleading. When I booked the hotel, it clearly stated that there were two beds, a double bed and a single bed. And the pictures made me think it was a suite. After entering the hotel, there was only one double bed, and there were very obvious stains on the quilt. The most terrible thing is their service. I asked the hotel why there was only one bed, and they said they could add an extra bed for me. I asked them to deal with the stained bedding, but after they entered the room, they turned around and slandered me for making a mess of the bed! It's really ridiculous! I just opened the quilt and rested on the bed for a while, and immediately found the stains on the sheets. I was very angry. I believe that everyone would open the quilt and put it on the bed casually. This is also the right of the guests, not the so-called mess. The room owner turned around and slandered me with the opened quilt as an excuse, which is ridiculous. After that, he wanted to kick us out of the room, claiming that my attitude was impolite. I think I just communicated with them when the room was defrauding customers and the cleaning was a mess. I was very angry but kept calm. I didn't say thank you, but I was right. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in 2 years of traveling in Europe, if you want dirty sheets, you want to be cheated, you want to feel angry, you want to be insulted and have a horrible trip, by all means come here!

Untidy, requires renovation, rude service. There are plenty of decent and lovely B&B in the same area and at the same price.

Location was nice to be a little out of the main old town/city. However it was very well positioned to good restaurants/bars, bus lines to the airport and to Mondello.
The accomodation was clean and tidy, and communication with Palermo rooms was excellent. They made my arrival seamless and easy as I arrived quite late on the first night.
Some of the nearby streets, I did try and avoid at night as a female travelling alone i didn't feel comfortable. Otherwise no real criticisms of the property.
