The place is remarkable. It's huge and beautiful with an amazing view from the balcony wich is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the building. The host is amazing, she had prepared for us cold mineral water and great Sicilian wine, she was super friendly and helped us with everything that we needed. There is a free parking and a bus stop right in front of the place that is going to the city center. We are hoping to come again ❤

The accommodations were beyond our imagination: spacious, eclectic, classic - really amazing.
The location isn’t super practical for a quick stay in Palermo, however, we all said we’d love to have stayed there for a week or two.

We loved everything!! We spent most of our time - when in the accommodation - on the balcony just looking at the view. We liked the little area we were in too.

Great location. The tram and all the shops are near. Very nice, friendly and helpful host. We loved the place. It was clean and very big. Wifi worked great. Everything you need can be found in the house.

The Palazzo was amazing , and Anna was very welcoming and helpful . The public area was enormous .
There was no air conditioning in the sitting area . The beach was dreadful - used condoms and druggies in the evening .
There was also litter everywhere on the streets.
There were nice beaches within half an hour’s drive however .

Quirky unique property, ideal for a large group. Friendly owner and simple meet up for keys and shown round property. Amazing value for money. Towels were provided. Property was spotlessly clean.
Can be noisy from traffic (most rooms by all accounts) in the early hours / morning as situated on the main Palermo coastal road.

This is an interesting and very cool house - the rest of it is still owned by the Scavone family and this huge floor is rented as accommodation. It is a huge space and a lot of fun for kids and adults alike. Friendly and accommodating host. Good restaurant across the street for dinner and a good bakery a couple of doors down for breakfast.

The house is like a palace - rightfully named Palazzo. It's perfect for a large family vacation or a group of friends. It has huge common areas, amazing sea views from 6 different balconies and literally everything that you need to have a blast with family and friends. There are a few restaurants, gelato places and pubs nearby that are worth trying out. The beach is just across the road and it's not at all crowded. So it feels like a private beach. One of the few beaches where you get to enjoy the sunrise rather than the sunsets.
The public transport is not that great in Palermo. Buses are never on time, especially during the weekend and there is no on-demand taxi services like Uber. Highly advice renting a car to avoid facing challenges traveling back and forth from the main city area.

We were a group of three families with little children and it was absolutely perfect. Huge communal space, each family had a private bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Very friendly communication with Anna, the host.
The ground floor bedroom is quite far from its bathroom. There is a bar/club across the road that played loud music.

The property was very clean, beautiful and cozy with all facilities we need. Anna and her husband were excellent host and provided lots of helpful, give idea of restaurants, shops, all excess transportations and etc. Anna kept in touch with us on Whatapp to ensure she was available to coordinate with our arrival.
