Great location Close to everything to enjoy Palermo. Friendly staff.
Beds very , hard also hard pillows . I should have mentioned to the manager that the AC was not cooling. Advertised room had a frig, but no frig in room. Breakfast was plentiful even though I’m not a breakfast eater! Coffee was instant. Very disappointing for Sicily. I was hoping for a good cup of coffee in the morning.

The property was in excellent condition and was beautifully decorated with authentic tile works and art work. It was such a treat to stay here and will definitely come again when we stay in the area because of its great access to everything!

This is a beautiful accommodation in an old family 'palace', each room is unique and has original antique furniture.
The host Maria is super friendly and extra helpful. Excellent location in the center, super breakfast, and working air conditioning for hot Palermo days! For people who can appreciate a distinctive and historical place to stay, I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Location was good
The check-in process was very confusing. Also the air conditioning did not work, the shower was broken, the wifi did not work even though it was advertised as having wifi and the rooms were very dark.

Grand old.style room and pensione with very friendly staff. Convenient location a little away from.touristic centre but in midst of authentic city. Good restaurants and bars nearby and easy to walk into other parts of city. Great breakfast - coffee high standard!

Host was very kind and went out of his way to accommodate us. Lovely grand rooms with liberty Style chandeliers. Rooms were delightfully decorated. Very pleasant stay. Comfy beds. Good shower.

As a group of 4 friends visiting Sicily for the first time - this hotel was absolutely perfect!
All communication from the hotel was given in a timely manner.
We were greeted with such warmth and affection from Germano who immediately made us feel welcome. She is one wonderful lady!
The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. All advice given regarding what to see and do when in Sicily was spot on.
I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Palermo - fantastic value for money.
Finding the hotel the first time in the dark was a little tricky as it is not entirely obvious!
