The location was great. Comfortable and friendly host and staff. We were given great info on airport transfers as well as additional info on places to go that made the the trip seamless .

Marco is a nice person and helpful. Location is great. Car park is within 5 minutes walk from the Hotel.
Google Map location is wrong (but it is Google's problem). Hotel is inside the pedestrian zone (i.e. you cannot unload your luggage in front of the Hotel) and we need to spend some time to figure out the exact location from the address.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful.
The bed was more comfortable than it looked. in fact we all had a very good sleep.
Breakfast was simple but exceeded my expectations. Normally there are a few bagged pastries but they had boiled eggs, and some tasty pastries as well as yogurt and fruit. They kept the breakfast a little late for us which was also extremely nice.
The room was quite a bit more dismal looking than the photos; however the room was comfortable as were the beds

Great location, 10 minute walk to main area. Multiple cafes right outside the door, which made a great stop for a drink or gelato before heading inside hotel.
Showers were a tad small but then again you are in Europe , can’t really expect more .
Pillows a bit flat but no biggy , just fold it
Keep in mind this is a BnB, no reception at night , you are given 3 keys, one to get in the main building , one for the apartment (Opera) and one for your bedroom
It’s a 7 bedroom apartment unit

Bit noisy at night but hey!! The location is in the playground of Palermo. Excellent bars and restaurants. Pizza like you get nowhere else in the world
