Super friendly host with great recommendations regarding the area and restaurants! The room was well equipped and fresh. Very soft and comfortable bed.
There was a small amount of mold in the shower. But I think it's to be expected due to the location.

Excellent location, close to all the happenings in Mondello beach. The owner personally helped me with checking in and pointed our parking space. He also made great recommendations for where to eat. Room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Dario is a great host. He let us check in earlier, around 11:30AM. The room is very nice and quiet. The location is great, very close to restaurants, supermarket and the beach.
The old style iron frame bed squeaks, It somehow ruined a romantic evening.

Very clean apartment and super close to the beach.
The shower had just a top-mounted head making it difficult to shower without wetting your hair or even washing a long hair properly. Would have been great if the shower had a flexible cap as well.

Spacious apartment, good located in a quiet and peaceful area, close to the beach. Apartment with a beautiful terrace, where you can drink coffee in the morning, very well equipped with household appliances. Clean and fresh. The owner is very nice and helpful in every situation. Thank you, we will definitely return to this extraordinary place someday?

Dario was very helpful and replied quickly to any queries. He organised transfers for us at a reasonable price. A female relation of Dario (?) was very sweet on the 2 occasions we bumped in to her. The room was very clean and the tiles on the wall were beautiful! Fantastic location, everything was on our doorstep, yet we heard no noise in the evening. Thanks for a brilliant stay!
Being super picky, the shower was totally fine, but an upgrade would totally complete the accommodation.

Everything, the location was perfect, the room is pretty big with an amazing private terrace the bed super comfortable and the bathroom big otherwise everything clean also the staff were very friendly. We’ll love back there again.

I had a truly exceptional experience with this apartment, despite not being able to physically reach the accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances like an Italian airport strike. The host displayed remarkable flexibility and constant communication throughout the ordeal, going above and beyond by arranging a transfer for us. Unfortunately, our delayed arrival in Palermo, which was 12 hours later than planned, meant we no longer needed the room, as we were only staying for a single day before heading to Malta. However, the host's kindness, care, and flexibility shone through, as they didn't even request payment for the unused accommodation. I wholeheartedly recommend this host and their apartment to everyone. Their outstanding hospitality made a lasting impression on me.
