Very clean, very relaxed, staff excellent. Lovely pool area. An oasis in the madness that is Palermo. A 15 minute walk to Imanuel St with its many nice restaurants and great atmosphere. Beyond that is a daytime street food market which is quite an experience!
Maids come to the room very early so we hung do not disturb every night on the door.

Great stay. Hotel was twice expensive as the others we had in Sicilia, but great location in Palermo. Parking lot in front of the hotel, very important for us, as Palermo is quite a chaotic city regarding the traffic. Typical reliable NH hotel.

Everything: the building is in great conditions, the pool was lovely, the service extremely kind the food nice and even the pillows and mattresses great.

Good breakfast buffet starting at a good time 07:00. Good room and the bed was very comfy
The shower screen was too small resulted in the bathroom floor getting very wet at times

Hotel on the outside looks great! Location is perfect. Great Staff 10/10 - the only reason to stay here would be the helpful staff! Cleaning Team are also very friendly but of course Italian friendly..
The room was in a very bad shape. It really needs a refurbishment, the wood had long black spots like it had water damage. The room itself had cockroaches etc.. so be mindful! I stayed here 4 years ago, was way better!
