The exercise bike in our room was awesome!

Windows are old and they not suppressing the noise. It was impossible to sleep because of noise from the street - a specially loud exhaust from tuning cars and loud music from party mooders.

Wonderful
Nicely appointed room, Top notch cleanliness, staff and restaurant was better than expected. For the price, and the way they keep up this place, it sould be rated at 5 stars not 4.
I made a mistake when booking and only paid for 1 night. The staff was "able to extend my stay" for an extra hundred for the second night. I felt like they were absolutely taking advantage of me.

The location near the railway station and nearby restaurants.
Air-conditioning didn't work well. It shut off on its own, making it quite stuffy.

Location and cleanliness and the accommodation of staff - they were wonderful
I think if a person can’t drink the water out of the faucet, clean drinking water should be provided - clean water is a basic human right.

The pool area was great and we spent a lot of time there. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, but another spot nearby at the marina with great restaurants, coffee shop, pastries and gelato. The rooms were spacious with a separate sleeping area for my daughter.
You could walk to the water across the street, but no sandy beaches within walking distance of you are looking for that.

Exceptional
The staff was amazing. They were kind and did everything I requested. Many but not all speak English. Everyone was appreciative of a bit of Italian, which I highly suggest guests learn.
This has nothing to do with the hotel, but, while being across the street from a lovely seaside park, there can be excessive noise from loud music coming out of speakers in cars. It can go late into the night. I recommend requesting a room in the back on the garden side.
