The pool area was great and we spent a lot of time there. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, but another spot nearby at the marina with great restaurants, coffee shop, pastries and gelato. The rooms were spacious with a separate sleeping area for my daughter.
You could walk to the water across the street, but no sandy beaches within walking distance of you are looking for that.

The staff was amazing. They were kind and did everything I requested. Many but not all speak English. Everyone was appreciative of a bit of Italian, which I highly suggest guests learn.
This has nothing to do with the hotel, but, while being across the street from a lovely seaside park, there can be excessive noise from loud music coming out of speakers in cars. It can go late into the night. I recommend requesting a room in the back on the garden side.

Good location, good breakfast, very helpful staff
Hotel is outdated, my room had completely ruined floor, very bitten and dirty bathroom, partially not functioning toilet. The temperature in the room was > 24 C and the only way to cool was to open the large window facing noisy street.

Restaurant was excellent: The staff gave us a very nice room with a sea view and also equipped with a bath-tub, after trying very hard when we checked in. Very kind.
Taxi drivers in Palermo never respect meter price; they cheat. This is not a complaint to the hotel.

Location was great. Facilities were nice.
Service from staff wasn’t great when asking questions.
In room coffee appeared to cause a lot of confusion.
Asked for some change (break a €500 note). Was simply told “NO”…front desk staff didn’t even inform us that there is an ATM on the property if we needed to get some smaller bills / cash. Found that out on our own 2 days later.

This is a wonderful hotel with a great staff. They have an extremely good breakfast buffet with everything you could desire. The pool and garden area is a perfect setting to relax, swim, get some sun or eat out on the terrace. Highly recommended

Good location.
Upon arrival they gave us a room with balcony which was very nice.
Dirty hotel, the room smells awful. We found some stains on sheets, AC was never cleaned (see photos).
Beds are very uncomfortable. All in all hygiene is at a very low level.
There was some issue with electricity so the first day we were without electricity for 4-5 times in 2 hours.
They told us that they resolved the problem but the next night at 5 am the lights went on in the room and started blinking. Very unpleasant experience, the staff was pretty indifferent about that.

I must give the compliments to the stuff and especially to Martina and Paolo. They made my vacation perfect. If i ever come back, i will go there again just because of them, even everything else was on a high level.

We knew the NH from our visit 2 years ago
It's coming into age. Elevators had their own mind, and the chromium on the fossets is almost gone. Pillows are hard and big.
