Disappointing
spectacular under mountain.
not actually in Mondello . good 25 mins walk up and down each time to Mondello. Got charged Euros 35 private cab on arrival to find it from mondella.
Bit tired, not the cleanest. no tea towel or broom,. spacious enough. wouldn't select it again

Vila is wonderfully located in the mountains. But only to walk to the sea for about 20 minutes. A comfortable house for living, everything is there, they gave a child's bed, a comfortable terrace. There is a separate table and 2 sun loungers on the terrace
We had difficulties checking in because the instructions were not sent to us. But Alberto's parent helped us a lot. They opened the door for us and gave us the necessary things. Wonderful parents. There is a shop nearby, but there are not very fresh products and higher prices. And you need to go to the supermarket either by taxi or bus

The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable and clean. And had everything we needed. It would make a lovely long term rental. The driver that the property arranged for transport to airport is a lovely person, he was prompt, kind, and a very good driver at a more than fair price!! Thank you Mr Leone
It was very difficult to take luggage into apartment. You have to go down stairs (not terrible) but then the only way into the apartment is a gravel walkway between hedges and a block wall. Not much to do or see in the immediate area. No restaurants within walking distance, and only one store.

The bed was ok .
lack of mosquito net so if you want fresh air you have mosquitos inside that keep you awake all night, dirty dishes, dirty cabinets with dead fly on. when you charge people you should every now and then bring in a cleaning company to do a deep cleaning. The owner never showed up, as a host you are supposed to come and hand in keys and explain all the details and be HOSPITABLE. the host doesnt speak good english, at 16:00 we had to call him and ask for keys and after a lot of unclear english we realized the room was not cleaned(after the previous guests had left) he hadnt check if his cleaning staff has cleaned. so we had to leave for an hour and half so someone comes and clean. the kitchen has very very limited tools. the room doors are so thin you can hear everything. the location is not good at all.

Lots of Mosquitos with no bug spray, lots of noise ( I was woken up by the sound of leaf blowers and people passing in the yard with no privacy), Extremely bad wifi, Water coming from upper apartment leaking into our patio.

Patio/ garden. We liked it very much that it was clean when we arrived there. We have got 2 bottles of water as a welcome ? It was really helpful and nice with the book- guide which had all necessary information about Mondello.
The towels were not changed. The air conditioner wasn’t working fine. We have informed the landlord about it but it has not been fixed. The last 3 days we slept without it.

Apartment in 20-25 min walk from the beach, if it's good or not you should decide for yourself, however, in spite of this, there is green area, it's so refreshing to have a bit of nature around. The comfortable pillows in the apartment make for a great night's sleep - I always wake up feeling refreshed. Free street parking
Was hard to get use gas stove, mold inside furniture in salon, you should collect garbage and thought it into container that in 5-min walk from the house. The checklist of things in the apartment at the end of guestbook made me fill that I should check everything around.

would have liked a duvet rather than a sheet & topper but personal preference. would have appreciated some help with the heater after contacting the owner and no response
