It was a nice hotel with a good location.
Unfortunately, I also provided a room that looked right onto the inner part of the property with a metal stairway right next to my window. I did not feel safe.

Location, felt very safe, staff was exceptional and the property was clean and fresh. Attention to detail unlike most Italian 4 stars.

What a surprise to be staying at a real hotel for the price. Easy walk to markets, Centro, and parking. Breakfast included.

It needs to be cleaner. The cleaner was using a dirty mop and smelled. Entry of hotel great but the rooms need a slight refurbishment

-Great location, despite being in the cente, it is in a very quiet neighbourhood, no road noise or crowd noise, simply peaceful.
-very helpful and knowledgeable staff,
-very clean rooms, great bathroom.
-complimentary bottle of water in the room for arrivals.
-great balcony in 20m2 rooms (select standard double room)
-good airconditioning with no smell.
-comfortable queen size bed.
-Take the bus 101 then 606 / or 806 you are in Mondello beach! Take 101 on the other lane or walk 20min to Palermo Centrale train station then you can go to Cefalù conveniently. Bus tickets can be bought from any tobacco market. Check trenitalia for schedules. Hotel is in excellent location for any plan.
-breakfast variety could be better for a 4* hotel. Still can not say it is bad but only on par with average 3* level.
-coffee cups are paper plastic, i’d love to see ceramic ones instead.
-no coffee machine, only a cattle for granule coffee / tea.
-no city guide inside the room, this would have been very nice.

Location, rooms very clean
There was a loud and continous humming noise on the room (8.floor) . They don’t have any slippers even not in their Reception. Also was difficult to reach some dental kits. They are not giving or replacing free water. In restaurant it’s indicated that replacable botltles with water Can be get free of charge from bar , but there isn’t. Staff is not polite either. In addition, they applied higher city tax then defined in booking. com. I showed my reservation confirmation price breakdown. And the answer was “ No!” :) They were not even tried to show any positive communication.
