Location was excellent - room quiet but small. Facilities a little basic - plastic cups for tea are always going to be a fail for a Brit. Breakfast in the lounge was intimate yet sufficed. The balcony was 'Authentic' ie. it looked out on an alleyway yet that made the room quieter than those that faced the Piazza - you takes your choice. Stay here if you want to be right in the action in Palermo and don't intend to hang out in your room/hotel much. The staff were unfailingly brilliant in attitude and actions.

The location could not have been more central! Walking distance from everywhere. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel, but well maintained and clean.
Parking and access with luggage was a bit of an issue because it is in a pedestrian zone… unfortunately we don’t travel light, so I suggest carry on or back pack only if staying here.

The location was PERFECT, the staff very accomodating! The rooms were much larger than normal European hotels, There was an offer of breakfast in the room that we did not use, but would have been awesome had we not been traveling as a group.
There is no lift for luggage, but the staff was willing to assist. There were no other things our group of 6 did not like

Location, breakfast and staff attitude
No renovations. Low water level in the bathroom. Paid for double bed and single bed, but get two single beds pulled together and one extendable chair.

Centrally located, but facilities need some serious updates. Christian at the front desk was very polite.
The original room was from a two star hotel. Carpet was old and dirty. We ended up paying extra for a room with tile. This is a very small hotel. Located on the first floor with no elevator. Totally overprice and will not recommend.

The hotel is in the centro storico so everything is close at hand and an easy walk to most of the sights. the dining area is small so room service is offered for breakfast. The room and bed were very comfortable
The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent which was such a shame as it did spoil our stay. I was surprised that there was no restaurant but as there is an abundance of them outside it wasn't really a problem.

The location in front of Teatro Massimo. The decoration of the breakfast room. The blue and evite striped sofás and armchairs. Año the restaurants close by.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is well located. Even though there are always a crowd outside the front door of the hotel, our room was quiet.

The location was perfect, just opposite Teatro Massimo and in the centre of town.
The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
The staff, in particular, Francesca and
Christian, but the other staff too, were very friendly and helpful. They gave good advice re restaurants and where to find things in Palermo and booked taxi transfers. We stayed 2 nights then drove to Taormina and returned for another 2 nights. The hotel allowed us to leave our large suitcases with them which made our trip easier.
Very impressed and would definitely book again!
There was no lift and I had torn a ligament in my knee. Only one flight of stairs though. The staff helped my husband to carry our luggage which was appreciated.
