Great location in the middle of the old city. Thank you for extra drinks, coffee and snacks. Everything was great :)

The host Elio was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The property is spacious and more charming in person than the photos. The location couldn't be any better- 5-10 minutes walk to nearly everything and yet secluded and quiet. Just a great place to stay.
The only thing I'd change is the bed. It is VERY bouncy, so whenever either my wife or I would move/shift in bed, the other one would feel it. A new mattress might be in order.

Our stay at Marku's house started off with a very warm welcome from our host Elio. Like many other reviews say he is a great host. The apartment itself is quite spacious with separated sleeping and dining area plus a great big bathroom. I really appreciated having a washing machine as well! The kitchen is pretty good but left a little to be desired in terms of knife quality. The coffee machine worked well and we were provided with not only complimentary coffee but also, wine, beers, bottled water and more! Two balconies is nice for looking out but also hanging clothes. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels provided were nice and clean. The location is close to pretty much everything in the middle of Palermo.
Have to pay in cash on check-in. Keep this in mind before getting there. The bedroom area could get a little dark as the window there is a little small. Had to wait there to check in, this was fine for us but may be more inconvenient for others. These are very minor troubles though.

Elio welcomed us like guests in his house! Also, thanks to his hospitality, our stay in Palermo was so nice. The apartment is located in the city centre. You can easily reach all important places in Palermo.
Air-conditioning works very well, so the apartment was like a shelter from the heat. The interior design was interesting too.
Only positive thoughts about this place!

Elio is a great person, very easy to contact and very generous.
The place is clean, pleasant and it had all that we expected and more.
The Sicilian red bottler of vine, olive oil, coffee and sweets were not included in the booking, but Elio did put these in the apartment. It even has a washing machine.
The location is just a street off the main road in the middle of the old city but very quiet which was very important for us.
Thank you, Elio, we had a very good time in Palermo. Lovely city with lovely people. we will come again in your lovely country.

Elio is a very kind and friendly host. He contacted us on whatsapp and give details how to get to the apartment. The apartment was very good and comfortable. We could reach everything by foot.

Conversation with Marku was frequent even before the stay. Unfortunately he was sick the day we arrived but he sent his son to welcome us. There were some drinks to welcome us when we arrived. It is located in the middle of the city centre so it is easy to tour Palermo. Room was sufficient for the three of us. There is a very powerful aircon which helped a lot in the very hot Palermo. Check in and check out was smooth.
