Wonderful
Quiet yet right off of the main thoroughfare. Easy bus connections to Palermo Centrale. The kitchen was useful, clean and fairly well equipped. The inner courtyard was inviting with many seating zones. Bed comfortable , bathroom roomy and interesting with a mirrored wall. WiFi excellent. I would return.

The location is perfect. Staff is helpful
The smell from sewage in the room was just unbearable, it ruined our stay in Palermo. The bathroom is really exceptionally uncomfortable. No even small shelves to put soap or shampoo in the shower. ( We saved it on the shower floor(.
The shower wall is the total transparent window, so if you want to shower while your family is watching you naked taking the shower, go for this room :(.
The pillows and mattress are the disaster

The location was great!!
Few things can be totally improved: towels and bedsheets very old, wall painting almost falling apart, soap container almost empty and nowhere to place items in the shower.

Everything is worthy! Got a very nice experience and relaxing time with Mamamia! The staff Salvatore was really enthusiastic and friendly and gave a lot of help for us!

Great room in centre location of city. The host was superb. Helped us find parking and just a great person. Windows were triple sealed to keep out the noisy main road. Would recommend!

Great place to stay, well situated. Very close to all attractions 5-10mins by walk. Host very friendly and helpful. Option to leave bags when checking out for all day in case you have late flight.

The best thing about this property is obviously the location, it is in the middle of everything. The staff was really nice!
The rest of the things could be improved. We couldn’t sleep both nights because of the noise coming out from the corridor and the main areas. The rooms have these very old doors which is basically like sleeping without doors, you can hear every step of every guest.
Also, the room was not very clean, the sink had mould and looked like no one cleaned it properly in the past year. In general, the property needs some deep clean and maintenance.

Great place, central location! Pretty terrace - very relaxing to sit there in the morning. The host was very welcoming and nice. Would definitely recommend!
I'm not a big fan of open bathrooms, but that's a personal preference.

Excellent location a few steps from the vibrant Vucciria and Kalsa and the airport shuttle stop in front of the entrance. Extremely friendly staff, especially Mr. Salvatore who is happy to help with a smile on his face.

The communication with staff was very easy and the location is amazing. The room was overall clean.
Overall, it seemed a bit run down but not unhygienic, also the water runs over when showering.
