The location is good and close to the old city center as well as to the train station so it was easy to reach from the airport. What we didn't like was that the property was very noisy. You could hear everything from the street, from the flats below and above as well as other geuest coming and going late at night.

Given the location and the price it's a really good deal, you get the basic room and equipment, but if you plan to spend your time in the city, you get really good deal

It's good, very close to the cathedral of Palermo and everything was nice except the toilet seat.
It's good, the house only has on bathroom, so the toilet ? seat needs to be cleaned better cus it smells of pee, and it's yellow.

We liked Palermo a lot, and this stay was also very nice, the apartment is situated literally 2 min from Teatro Massimo, right in the centre of the old town. The host was a very pleasant and nice guy, made us feel welcome and comfortable. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this play for a short stay.
I somehow understood there was a balcony in the room, which I really wanted, but there was only window. But I guess i just was not attentive when reading description on booking.

Information how to arrive to the location the first time was non existant. One can say how easy it is to arrive from train/bus station to the aprtment. One CAN ALSO INFORM FIRST TIME VISITORS THE PLACES WHICH ONE CAN VISIT.

The location is very good, the kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, oven and a stove. The water in a shower is nice and hot!
No kettle, the heating was broken and it was cold at night (we stayed in February)

All things considered, as a solo traveller looking for accommodation close to the city centre and on the cheap, this was great value for money. It was cleaned x2 a day, and felt secure and safe, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay again if I was travelling alone.

Insufficient toilet paper in the bathroom and the smell from the common space (hallway, kitchen) made by one of the customers after cooking.
