The bathroom was really confortable and clean.
The entrance door did not work at arrival. We enter the code and struggled to access the premises. We arrived around midnight and this was extremely disappointing.

A great choice of city hotel. Great location near public transport stops, restaurants, bars, shops. Clean, calm and well maintained, the room had everything we needed. Very good communication with the host. Extremely kind and responsive. I will choose this place again on my next stay.

The location was fantastic. A short walk to get to from the shuttle bus drop off from the airport. Another 10 minute walk to the main area of Palermo. The staff were friendly and helpful with things to do and places to see in Palermo. The room was large and super clean. I extended my stay because I enjoyed Palermo and this accommodation so much! The keyless entry is also convenient.

Wonderful
The palace is in the centre of Palermo. Theroom is very silent, with a comfortable, large bed. Very nice staff.

The room was larger and more modern than we expected. The staff were exceptionally nice. Lastly the location was perfect and within walking distance of all things we wanted to do.
