Located in outside the historical center but close to the train station. You can walk 30 minutes or take the bus to the historic center.
Easy to communicate, staff is reactive and answers quickly. Nice to have the coffee and moka pot in the room ready for use as well as a bottle of water in the fridge, amenities in the kitchen to cook. Clean property and well maintained. Television also worked perfectly and easy to use.

It is a really nice apartment, very well equipmented, perfect for a short or even a longer stay in Palermo. Amazing balcony. It is a bit further from the centre, but it is easily accessible with a bus. There are many shops and restaurants located in the area of the apartment
The sound of water flowing through pipes while using the toilet and shower was quite loud

A beautiful apartment is spotless and everything you need & more. Claudia is an amazing host her passion for excellence shows in all the little touches. The balcony is so pretty & the neighbourhood is so lovely.Great restaurants and shopping, easy free parking & a lift.

I absolutely am in love with this place. Great locality, great amenities and the host/owner is beyond amazing. I was unwell on day 2 as I had eaten some seafood and had thrown up, Claudia went out of her way to support me. She was God sent and I am glad I stayed at her place. I would definitely come back.

The apartment was in a lovely quiet area, but easy to access the busy night-life and attractions. The accommodation was well set up, everything was clean. It was a great base to rest, the bed was very comfortable and the host Claudia was helpful

Noise coming from the bathroom every time you flush the toilet and the streets are very loud.

Appartment was good and with lot of space! Kitchen with some soap and salt for cooking. Also a cold water in the fridge! Instructions for check-in were very clear.
Bed was not super comfy… and it could have been good to have some oil or washing liquid for the machine. We bought some and left it there! Also not super close to the center

This appartment was the most beautiful and well equipped appartment on our holiday in Sicily, it was the 4th place we stayed and by far the best!
The host was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions.
It was in a nice area about 10/15 minutes walk to the main shopping street and Teatro Massimo etc. Perfect location for the bus to the airport or coming from other parts of Sicily.
Would gladly stay here again.
The Air conditioning unit in the room had a hose with water going into a water canister which made a lot of noise. We had to turn it off then couldn’t sleep as it was too hot.
The host was very kind and said they are looking into changing this system when possible.

Beautiful property, loved the balcony and the space inside the apartment was great for the two of us. Claudia was also lovely and extremely responsive and helpful.
Good location outside of the city centre, we just jumped on the 101 every day and it’s 15-20 minutes in to the city (get tickets from a Tabaccheria). We preferred this to being central but would be worth considering when you book.
Loads of little cafes and restaurants nearby and really close to the train station so suited us perfectly!
The air con has a very bright light on it which shows the temperature and we found it disturbed us when trying to go to sleep. Would be worth finding a way fir guests to cover this up if possible?

Communication with the host was top class. The apartment was clean and we were also allowed to keep our bags at the location after checkout since we were leaving Palermo in the evening. 10/10 would recommend.
Just a suggestion. If there could be air conditioning in the kitchen that would be great as the guys sleeping on the sofa bed had a bit of heat in the room. Apart from that, nothing else could be improved.

Perhaps this is a problem with all houses in Italy, the sound insulation is very poor, you can hear absolutely everything that happens above, below, and from the side.
