Lovely staff nice set up with Breakfast. Bonus we left early and had a nice togo bag for early morning.
Barbara very kind and Emiliano great with helping with sites map and setting Taxi up. The taxi for our early morning lift, was late due to his clock in the Taxi. Thank you again for all the help setting up rides.
We had a great short stay Thank you all for our accommodations.
The bar refer could stay on to keep things cold when leaving for the day due to the card/auto shut off of power in rooms.
The stairs were a challenge , I do have a cane and trouble with stairs, not your fault.

I enjoyed the comfort of the place and the views. The location was amazing when exploring since you’re right by the main street. Everything was well organized and communicated from the property. They also give good recommendations for exploring and food options which was so nice considering I’d never been to the city before! I would definitely rebook if I ever came back.
I have nothing bad to stay about this property.

The terrace and breakfast were lovely!!!!!The staff are amazing - Vito was so helpful. Perfect safe central location.
The stairs are difficult and the lack of soundproofing between walls was also a problem.

The view from the terrace was incredible. Breakfast out there every morning was a great start to each day. The room and bathroom were the biggest and highest quality of all our lodgings in Italy over 2 weeks! Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent and within walking distance of all historic landmarks and restaurants.
There were quite a few stairs to get to the breakfast area. Our room was on the ground floor but if you had a room higher up, it's all stairs and would be difficult to manage luggage. The office opened at 8 am and closed at 4 pm (16:00) but had emergency numbers if needed.

Location location !! Right in the heart of Palermo! And the very friendly and helpful staff ! Great breakfast on the roof top patio !
No lift so if the staff is not there to help with luggage , it’s quite the haul to the upper floor! No real balcony to sit on, but there is a large roof top area that you can use .

The location was perfect. The views from the terrazza were spectacular. The room was beautiful w a balcony. I got the double because I like space being from the USA. Everyone was so nice.
I wish the air conditioner went a little lower than 23 or had a fan. This is Europe so it is expected.

Great location and comfortable bed. Clean.
We had a third floor deluxe room and the breakfast terrace was directly above so we were awakened early (7.00am)
while the tables and chairs were moved around.

Very central location and the room was so unique with a lovely fresco on the ceiling. Comfortable and spacious and the terrace for breakfast was very cool with good views.
No lift so prepare to carry all your cases to the top floor

Great location, clean, staff was very good about communicating check-in information. Breakfasts were delicious with plenty of varity. Great to have a drying rack in the room.
The room took a while to cool off and we had to recool the room upon return as staff turned ac off.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! The location was really nice for easy walk to lots of restaurants and historical sites. The terrace view at breakfast is gorgeous and made for beautiful photo opportunity. Terrace is on top floor (maybe 5 floors?) by the stairs.
