Loved the terrace! Very cozy.
The hosts are friendly and helpful, they served us great breakfast, gave recommendations for restaurants, were promt on check in, we didn’t have to wait when we arrived.
Room was clean and pretty big.
There are multiple rooms next to each other and the walls are very thin, you could hear everything. It was not a problem for us, but if someone is noisy or sensitive to noise, should know this.

We loved our five night stay at Terrazza del Sole. Cosimo and Laura were exceptional hosts and apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious. Bed was so so comfortable. We LOVED the breakfast. Five stars for our stay in Palermo. It exceeded our expectations.

The location was good. A little outside the center but easy enough to take the bus, which was explained perfectly by the host upon arrival.
The room was nice and clean.
The breakfast was very delicious. It is prepared by the hosts themselves with local products. To be enjoyed on the lovely terrace on the top floor.
The hosts were super friendly, helpful and accomodating.
The bed was rather uncomfortable and creaking a lot wich woke us up during the night.

The property was perfectly positioned not far from the centre. You can walk about 30 minutes or can get a bus which is only a 10 minute walk from the b&b. It is all walkable.
The couple who own the b&b were maxing , they advise where to go and every morning for breakfast they gave the experience of a traditional Palmero food. The balcony was a beautiful setting for breakfast. They made our experience a wonderful one . They were really friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was nice but if you re looking for savoury food they don't really have any. Everything we did get was great and the coffee amazing.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the hosts were kind enough to upgrade our room and we stayed in a gorgeous one.
The hosts are very helpful and friendly.
Location is really good even if it is not in the centre. The walk is beautiful and if you don't want to walk the train is 17 min and 2€.
Honestly, we would have stayed a lot more if we could.

Breakfast huge and filling - with smiling hosts who love their job.
Telling host that I'd arrived was a problem and was unexplained in the details. Ringing the bell doesn't work as there's no one there (March 2025).

My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at this very unique AirBnB! Breakfast is served to your table on a darling patio from the community kitchen. If you have any food restrictions, Lara will serve you what you have requested. She is extremely helpful and will direct or map you to any Palermo area you'd like to explore. The lift is a bit small and 5 flights of stairs but you get used to them.
