Wonderful
Large apartment with kitchen, washer, dish washer, oven, cooktop, large refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, dining area, living room, lift and more. Easy first time entry using keypad to enter, then another set of numbers tobget physical key. Great location in one of the SAFE AREAs in Palermo. Nearby dining, and shopping.
most staff interaction was via email. Did not know where the office was to meet staff. No front desk. 5 nights with few English TV programs. No BBC news, NO USA news. Also during a mid November stay thermostat set to 22 C and multiple attempts to set to 20 or 19. Called staff. NO HELP.

We found the apartment to be in a wonderful location and very well set up, including a nice kitchen with a washing machine. Andrea was very welcoming and took the time to show us around, and was really helpful in booking us a driver to get to the airport. It was easy to communicate with her using What’s App. There was a really great supermarket nearby (Prezzemolo & Vitale) and we enjoyed preparing some meals. Would love to visit again!

Apartment was spacious and beds comfortable. It was well equipped and we appreciated the bottled water provided and the washing machine. There were several restaurants on the same street and it was easy to take buses to the train station. A 10-15 minute walk to Quattro Canti and most major sites.

Location was great, walkable to all the attractions in the historic part of Palermo. The building is very grand, with beautiful finishing in the apartments.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The living area and the main bedroom was very nice but a bit short on space to place 2 large suitcases. The second bedroom had been advertised as a twin bed, but this bed was smaller than a North American twin, more like a 3/4 bed. The window in the second bedroom was more like a door to a small balcony that had a very unappealing view, with a sink on it!! if you could open the shutters. We were travelling with our adult daughter, and she felt like she was in the maid’s room, or a room for a toddler. Since we were only there 1 night, we managed, but we would stay there again, and would recommend, however if we stay there again, with a third person, we would have to book separate apartments.

It was an elegant spacious well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Everything we needed was close by and it was just out of the tourist bustle. We could walk everywhere. Air conditioning was welcome. Would happily have stayed longer.

The location was good. Close to a pedestrian area, as well as major sights!
The place looks tired. The walls are all marked up, where clients rubbed the wheels of their suitcases on the wall inadvertently. Never cleaned. Could use some redesigning and updating.

Absolutely amazing apartment in the heart of Palermo! Everything about it is perfect. We had so much space and the furniture and details the hosts have included are comfortable and thoughtful. We only had one night in Palermo for this trip, and were actually sad we couldn’t stay longer!

This stay has truly exceeded our expectations. We’re on a self-drive tour around Sicily and didn’t expect too much from Palermo at first, but staying here has completely changed our minds. This place is so convenient, beautiful, and just perfect in every way. We actually wish we had planned to stay longer—it was that good!
The location is fantasticconvenient and charming. The design of the place is beautiful and cozy, and everything is spotlessly clean. Plus, the staff have been so friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Amazing property in a perfect location - the best in Palermo. Across from the famous Grande Hotel des Palmes in a neighborhood of pedestrian streets and many excellent restaurants. We ate every lunch and breakfast in the downstairs restaurant which was outstanding!

A small window onto a light well. A balcony onto a disgusting central light well - that smelt awful.
