The apartment was fabulous, much bigger than I expected. It was very clean and the location was right in the centre. The bed was comfortable, we could not have asked for more. Corina and partner, who gave us the keys were very kind and welcoming. A perfect start to the holiday. It is on the 2nd floor and a lift is available. Some breakfast biscuits, jams and coffee was also provided. I drink tea in the morning, there is no kettle so I used a saucepan and I like egg on toast for breakfast sometimes. No toaster so I just used the griller on full temp. Worked really well. Italians like sweet cornetti and coffee for breakfast, so a toaster is probably not a common item for them, but I do enjoy a few slices of toast sometimes

Beautiful apartment in the very heart of the historic part of Palermo, a few minutes from all important sites, tucked away in a small, quiet square. I suggest that you book a parking space there as well. Inside the old building is a modern apartment equipped with everything you might need, even if you are with children. Not to forget the wonderful host Fulvio who waited for us and brought us to the apartment and was kind for all our questions and giving advices.

Very important the existence of the garage.
Old building. but you don't have any other choice if you want to stay at palermo old city. A little difficult to drive there, almost impossible if you have a big car.
Too many locks to enter the house.

while getting there by car was a bit of a challenge the apartment was right in the center of old town palermo and as we have been traveling through europe we agree with earlier feedback that it is amazing lots of stairs if you dont use the elevator but we moved our luggage up the elevator and walked the rest fabulous! thanks

The apartment itself was very large and nice, also each room had an AC, the rating would be much higher if they didn't miss the two main requests I had when booking this place, as they were why I booked in the first place.
First thing I asked for when booking was a washing machine and it was broken on arrival, also I specified two different rooms and the host gave us one room as they said two people means two beds not two rooms, however this isn't really their decision to make, me and the friend I was travelling with wanted private rooms and I specified two rooms.

The flat is big, sunny, clean. Location is in the city centre. Fulvio is very friendly, helpfull. He gave us all needed information, picked us from the airport and took us there when leaving.

The apartment is located in an excellent location where many of the main attractions of Palermo are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and has everything a family or a single person needs. It is bright with high ceilings so it is very airy, making you feel comfortable. It is very well secured so you will feel very safe. A special elevator makes it easy to carry your luggage from the courtyard to the apartment. The owner, Mr. Fluvio, contacted us before we arrived in Palermo and advised us on the easiest way to get from the airport to the apartment. He also gave us tips on what to see, what food to try, where to eat, etc. He is very friendly and accommodating so it is not hard to call him if you need anything. For breakfast there are some croissants, jams and pieces of bread in the apartment. This is for basic if you are hungry right after waking up. Otherwise, you'd better walk a few meters from the apartment to the nearby bakeries, pastry shops or other places where you can get excellent desserts or savory dishes for breakfast. There is also a coffee maker in the apartment, which is very welcome. Overall a great apartment, in a great location and with a friendly owner.
Bed could be better. It creaks when someone turns around.

Very nice apartment in the city heart of Palermo. Apartment is spacious, modern, well equipped and clean. We also really appreciated the check-in process. Roberta who welcomed us was very nice, reactive and helpful. There is parking which is cost 20 Euro per day. Location - near to every main attraction in Palermo. I really sorry for only one night stay.

I was pleasantly surprised! The apartment is quite big, basic as you would expect for this price but very comfortable, clean and really has all you need.
The location was just amazing. It's located on a very nice square with an authentic restaurant where locals also go (highly recommend) while at the same time being very soundproof, you wouldn't hear anything from inside although it's very lively and vibrant outside. And it's just a few min walk to the main touristy area.
We also really appreciated the check-in process. Roberta who welcomed us was very nice, reactive and drove along with us to the place to make sure that we would avoid the ZTL with our car (area where you have to pay to drive around).
Really nothing I can complain about regarding the apartment!
I was asked to make a 30% bank transfer beforehand otherwise my booking would not be guaranteed. This set me a bit off and even made me a bit skeptical because it is not common practice on Booking.com- it even made me doubt it it was a scam of some sort, especially since I never received any confirmation of the transfer. But as all the reviews were positive I went ahead and turned out everything went well. Please just note this aspect and don't be surprised when it happens. Also plan to have some cash to pay on-site, no cards accepted.
Yes there is breakfast, but don't expect amazing breakfast even though it says 'breakfast'. It is quite basic (industrial prepacked biscuits, brioche & jam), but again not surprising given the price and that it's an apartment and not a hotel; it was fine for us because I had read the reviews and my expectations were not high.
