Steps from the Politeama Garibaldi Theatre, very walkable to all sights. Room was very clean, welcomed by owner with wine who was always available for questions and help! Lovely breakfast. 3 minute walk to airport bus.

This property is conveniently located in a newer part of the city, but with walking access the historical center. If you’re into this kind of thing, there are many designer shops in the area as well as bars, restaurants and corner stores for your simple groceries. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices of sweet and savory. Pia was there at breakfast to help you with every need and she’s super friendly and very pleasant. Vincenzo, the owner was easy to contact and responded very quickly. He made excellent recommendations for different types of food and was very attentive to all our needs. Great place to stay.
Can’t say that there was anything I disliked about this property!

Its location and great staff. It’s also very private coming and going. Great design in a very upscale area.
Ask when you check in where is the elevator hall light at night. Easy to find but easier when you know where to find it.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming B&B in Palermo! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The hospitality we received was exceptional, and it made our 5-night stay incredibly enjoyable.
A special thanks to Pia, who made each morning memorable with her fantastic breakfasts and warm, kind-hearted presence. She is such a lovely person and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Not only is her English excellent, but she was always happy to chat and check in on how we were doing. We especially appreciated how she started breakfast early for us on a couple of mornings when we had to leave early — such a thoughtful gesture!
The host was also very accommodating, promptly answering all our questions and providing a detailed list of must-see places and recommended restaurants around Palermo. This was incredibly helpful and made exploring the city even more enjoyable.
The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and overall the atmosphere felt very welcoming and relaxed. We had an awesome time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location is about a ten minute walk to the main tourist street in old town Palermo. The accomadations were clean and modern.
Our only complaint was the limited parking options and the unfavorable scent in the common area but it was not in the room.

Breakfast was great. It was served by Georgia who was charming.
Room was a little on the small side. On our stay, there was another group staying in the next rooms who talked very loudly and made a lot of noise at night and early in the morning.

Very good location. Walking distance to all main sights. Nice and quiet at night. Nice breakfast (not just sweets), excellent cappucino! Very dear and helpful hosts! Both Vicenzo and young lady that serves breakfast.

I like it so much, hotel was in center, near the shuttle bus stop to/from Airport Palermo. Hotel itself was super comfortable. There was a empty room when we arrive sonwe can check in a few hours before. They welcomed us with welcome drink prosecco and cups of coffee and sweets. Hotel was very clean, all the necessary things that we need exist in the room. They explains us all the touristic and necessary places of Palermo to visit, their local foods and markets. So lovely people! I hope I will come back again one day!

The rooms were clean and bright. The staff there were fantastic. A special shout out to Georgia, who was very welcoming and helpful. The property was very well situated, most of our sightseeing was done on foot.
A little thing for us, but it might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. There are several steps into the property, and I couldn't see an alternative way to we get in this was prior to access to lifts.
