Very nice looking interior with quality materials. Looks better than on photos but its more shadow like appartment (which I like). Very friendly owner from the restaurant downstairs. The street is loud at night and the windows are old so be prepaired for scooters, closing restaurant, people talking, trash truck etc. I slept with noise cancelation ipods.

Very large room and bathroom. All was clean and well maintained. The voucher to have breakfast in a bar close by offered a good choice of options. Nice location near the main street with bar and restaurants, and close to the sea.
A bit noisy at night during the weekend, but offer an authentic experience

Location was excellent. In a very authentic location with bars, cafes, and restuarants all within less than a minutes walk. Area felt very safe.
Apartment was excellent. Huge room cleaned evey day (except Sunday) to a very high standard. Plenty towels and toileteries available.
Owner was very helpfull and happy to arrange a transfer back to the airport.
Breakfast was served at a local cafe 1 minute walk from the apartment. Received a voucher which allowed us to select certain items. These were fairly basic, but the option to purchase more enticing options was available.

Amazing location, in the city centre but also quiet at the same time!
Room was spacious, staff were helpful with parking times and zones, perfect stay for us to visit nearby Palermo
Nothing, only thing to bare in mind is parking in ZLT zones and being aware how to get round it. But this is nothing to do with the place, 100% recommend

The location was good for the town, a quick walk to one of the main streets. Very quiet, even with multiple restaurants right outside. There was also a farmers market right next door.
The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was only available at certain times of the day, so you had to make sure you knew what time you were arriving.

This is our first time staying at a B&B accommodation and were a bit sceptical about it. We were completely amazed and surprised by the very spotless and spacious Bedroom and Bathroom that were well presented and not to forget the balcony over looking the Piazza di Marina.
We found everything was well presented with the cleanliness, and the excellent customer service, friendly staff and the great location close to all amenities. We'll definitely book the Kalamarina B&B again when we next travel to Palermo Sicily JTA Sydney Australia

I absolutely loved my stay at this property, mainly due to its exceptional location, which put me in close proximity to all the major landmarks in Palermo - it's a delight for anyone interested in sightseeing. As for the room, it was a pleasant surprise as well. Not only was it meticulously clean, adding a feeling of comfort and relaxation to my stay, but it also looked exactly like the pictures provided.
Arriving late at night, I found it challenging to locate the property, as the provided images weren’t of the main entrance and no sign marked “Kalamarina Rooms”. Additionally, despite requesting no cleaning service due to expensive photography gear I had in the room, my room was still cleaned.
It’s a bit noisy during the night but I was prepared for that as other reviewers had pointed it out too.

I got into Palermo late and the owner waited up for me. The room was clean, comfy, spacious. Central location and only a 15-20min walk from main bus station. Good value for €€. Breakfast at the bar nearby was really nice. I was honestly pleasantly surprised!
There was a bit of a strong smell in her bathroom. Bring your earplugs and you’ll sleep very well!

I liked the big room and the great bed, but the windows could be a problem in summer, when the people will have party on the streets in the close restaurants.
