Unmatched hospitality. Great location, walkable to all major attractions within the historical center of Palermo. Room is spacious, well maintained and very clean. The host is very hospitable and nice, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner, in addition to offer great recommendations on the local food scene and attractions!

The staff was really nice and helpful with all our questions and concerns. The room was nice and spacious. It was in a great location with lots of restaurants, stores and close enough to the bus stop.
The shower door was broken but we just ended up not opening that side of the door.

Great location. A bit tricky to find at first but very close to everything in old town. Comfy room. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast pass for Cafe right across the street was a nice treat.

Nice ample clean room, with cute balcony. Coffee, tea, fridge and toiletries, excellent location, attentive staff. Delicious breakfast across the park.
Internet does not work at all, so not recommended for people that need to work.

Room was spacious and bathroom was nice.
The room was hot and the AC never cooled anything after an hour. They said it was working and we just had to wait. We waited another 30 minutes and it still didn’t cool down so we left and got another hotel. We didn’t stay there.

The friendliness of the staff and speed of responding. Close to train station and nice and quiet at night. Comfortable bed and clean. Heat during the winter and cold Spring days is much appreciated. Breakfast good at the local cafe. Cappuccino's are excellent!!

Spacious room ideally located next to Duomo and tourist area. Staff very communicative and helped us locate place. We were treated to an excellent breakfast at a restaurant nearby.
The restricted zone requires an online pass purchase each day. We knew that ahead of time and Kala Rooms sent excellent instructions on what to do.This requires extra effort but I felt the area was very safe did not worry about our car.

Excellent location, and the staff are lovely and helpful all the time. The check-in and check-out were easy and uncomplicated. Good bathroom and a lovely balcony.
The room is simple, but that's not a bad thing. You get what you see in the pictures. All very fair.
