Bright big room with balcony, nicely decorated and plenty of books available for guests. Location is good, not in the very centre but bus stop that takes you to city centre is just outside the property and a small kiosk jus a few steps away to but tickets for your bus ride. Nice bar just acroos the road to have breakfast.
Staff was polite and accomodating regarding arrival time, they offered to make the room ready before standard check in, however very formal transaction compared to other places in general. Maybe was due to us being a little late, but basing our arrival time on GPS we could not really be more precise. Plus traffic in Palermo, to enter the city especially, is chaotic and umpredictable at least. A simple question like, was it easy to find the property? would have made the exchange more pleasant.
