Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of choices. Parking was free and very safe. The view from our balcony was seaview but
partially hidden by their lovely palm trees. however it was nice to have a couple glasses of wine .

The staff was nice
Room cleanliness - my socks were dirty after walking briefly around our room upon arrival. The room and hallway were very damp smelling. Breakfast was disappointing. There was no hand soap, only shampoo/body wash. Our safe was broken and our garden view was a few patio tiles and a fence.

The view is exceptionally good. There's a little forest with birds and view of the sea, very beautiful. The hotel is a little old, but it is cozy and the staff is friendly.
The facilities in the bathroom are a bit old and rusty, but they keep it clean. I expected more from the breakfast, they had sweets, cheese, ham and boiled eggs. Coffee is not very good either, I think it's instant, not espresso.

THE GARDEN DOWN TO THE SEA.
Location out of centre.Getting taxis to centre Pricey..Therefore after 2 nites we moved to the
modern B&B Hotel where everything was a stroll away and for a shortish of time a great time saver.
The building across the road.
Breakfasts not great and HB was not good at all.

Very good value for money, parking facilities, on good transport routes into the centre of Palermo
Loud air conditioning or heating unit from the adjacent balcony came on intermittently throughout the night.
We didn’t go down to breakfast until 9:20 as we’d had a long day the previous day and slept in, and there was not much left (breakfast advertised as 7-10). Coffee in the machine in the breakfast room was instant.

Location just 10 minutes from the city centre.
Infrastucture was very dated, there was a strange smell in the room, the bathroom was old and unpleasant... Breakfast with no vegetables, only oranges as fruit...

Staff were great as were the facilities.
Very noisy! Woken at night with mobs of teenagers running up and down the corridor screaming at 2am. This happened 2 nights in a row so not just a one off.
