They thought of little things: bottle opener, ear plugs (you need them Saturday night). Shower was great, room was well appointed.
Saturday night was loud with fireworks and music until late.

A nice and clean room with a spacious bathroom, exceptionally helpful and nice front desk staff — thanks again for the kettle! :)
The shower cubicle was extremely small, I could barely fit in it.
And the street the hotel is located in can get really noisy even when it’s past midnight — although this is something the hotel can’t control — loud music, people yelling and shouting all around.

Rooms are in a style, clean and comfortable. Staff are warm and helpful. Overall vibe is likeable.
The bath cubicle is so small that it’s hard to avoid water from the show head washing away shampoo too early or bend down to clean your lower body without pushing apart the sliding doors.

Good location to explore Palermo from.
The room was okay, not quite as nice as the image depicted and the shower spa did not work making the shower very difficult. The bed was a twin that separated and were very uncomfortable.

Location good for accessing historical areas of interest, but not the most salubrious area of town. I liked it but others may not. Lots of nighttime noise (music and motorbikes) from square nearby, particularly at the weekend. The hotel is characterful but the decor looks tired (not sure how it merits 4 stars as facilities are quite rudimentary). Good views across the city and surrounding hills. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Brekfeast was very good, location near main street. Parking around the place was ok.
Saturdays the music was so loud from outside that you can't sleep till about 4 in the morning.

I liked to have a 24 hour reception and the location in a popular neighborhood. I found a free parking spot on the street although hotel offers parking garage for 15 euro a day ( regular fair for these garages)

the staff were lovely
the room wasn't very clean,the floor was dirty, the towels were so small ( and I'm a very small person) the plugs are the older small EU/ Italian and they had no adapters on site for the more modern EU plugs so had no way of working on my laptop or charging any devices, the stay was very well priced so I hadn't expected luxury services but out of all the hotels I stay in in Palermo this was sort of the worst.
