Disappointing
It was within walking distance to the city center and a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful.
It was not clean, the beds were uncomfortable, the noise level made it difficult to sleep, and the area around the hotel was not a great area.

We got very comfortable big room with the beautiful view of Palermo with balcony and tarrace. Room was absolutelly amazing. Hotel itself in very italian style (nice detail) l. Good location between center and harbour. Very nice service. Very nice and cozy place !

Wonderful
Clean and tidy, good location, helpfull and kind staff. Breakfast is also good, and I had very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again in this hotel and I would recommend it.
If possible avoid to be there on Saturday nights, because it is extremely loud outside, near the hotel. It is not hotel's responsability, but however, it's impossible to sleep until 3 or 4AM on that night because of extremely loud music.
Also, shower cabin in my room was incredibly, narrow, so it was very difficult even to stand in it and to take shower.

The staff was exceptional. My luggage was lost and they assisted me in many ways. I did eventually receive it. The bathroom was a good size and rooms clean.
Previous reviews state the shower was small. It is very small and had little room to lift my arms when washing my hair. There is no coffee in the room. There is quiet a bit street noise at night.

Staff were mostly helpful. Breakfast was good.
The noise fom the street below on Saturday night was unbearable even with the windows tightly closed. The furnishings were a bit shabby and old-fashioned.

Nothing
Worse hotel we stayed in , 4 star, it should not even have 1 star. No parking. Situated right outside outdoor nightclub environment, loud noise until after 2 am. Front desk nervously locks front door as you come and go day or night does not leave you with a sense of safety. This hotel should be not on any booking sites, as pictures do not reflect what hotel looks like. Shame on you.
No matter what the hotel responds to this review, you have be warned.

The only good thing was that the receptionist was very polite and responsive.
The facilities are extremely run down. The hotel definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars.

The staff helped with questions. The waitress offered cappuccino The cleaners did a nice job. The sheets were good.
The immediate neighborhood was very loud, and the streets were filthy with garbage and dog poop that people dont pick up. Bad.

Very nice and helpful staff
Noisy lift, had to change our room. Mould on shower tiling, dirt on shower frame, creaky door to bathroom, bidet tap points outside of the bidet, no soundproofing between rooms. Just not a properly maintained hotel.
Very noisy club music immediately outside the hotel until after midnight.

We got a nice room with almost everything needed for a few days in Palermo
Air conditioner was not working
Neighborhood is not great. Very loud people outside. Parties after midnight until dawn. Pretty scary after sunset. If you are looking to rest this is not the place, please avoid it.
