Staff were all very helpful. Giuseppe was always on hand to help out with directions and recommendations of where to go.
We had a late flight home and was excellent that we could leave out luggage to allow us to go out and about.
Breakfast was poor. Not a great deal of choice. And the cakes were dry. Breakfast staff were polite and very helpful.
Location was ok but a fair walk to some of the main spots.
Beds were uncomfortable, air conditioning was really noisy and couldn’t be left on once your room was vacated as everything switched off one the key card was removed.

Great location. A short walking distance to most everything. We booked the suite, and honestly, it was a great value for the price! Very spacious and quiet. After spending a month traveling around Sicily and several small room accommodations, this was a pleasant and welcome surprise!

The location was excellent. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good; not lavish, but more than adequate.
On our final night and following morning there was no hot water.
