Wonderful
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location - near the sea (short walk). Good breakfast (with fruit, Italian ham and salami, cheese, scrambled eggs/fried eggs/omelet - per your selection). The room cleanliness was ok, store by the corner. If I were in Palermo again, I would come back here.
We rented 6 rooms here with our family and friends for the weekend. Everybody was happy.

The location was okay and desk manager were friendly. The breakfast was good.
The hotel is older but also not in great repair. The rooms were very bare and weren't very welcoming. The bathrooms were very small and hard to use. The staff at breakfast were rude and scolding while we were there.

The location was perfect with only 10 minutes from Centro. The staff were very courteous and provided us with good recommendations for restaurant with local food. The breakfast is superb, included a lot a varieties and it was served by the staff. We would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you to everyone for your services.

The breakfast was superior. The breakfast staff went above and beyond for us. The King bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. We are planning to stay there again when our trip ends next month. Close walk to all the markets and historical sites. We loved our stay here.

We were on family vacation and appreciated location- walking distance from everything! We used transfer service, it was organized by hotel and was really useful!
As hotel is in the old building, inner noise from neighbors walking down corridor and from neighboring room is something to consider.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a cooler month. The women working the reception and cafe are extremely friendly and welcoming. They welcomed us with coffee and cookies and the included breakfast was very generous. The room itself was clean.
Our shower had trash in it. The air conditioner also did not work—23/25 outside, 30 inside, air conditioner failed to do anything. For any Germans reading this: we also aired out the plans beforehand and it did nothing.

Great central location in Palermo, close to the train station and all touristic objectives. Breakfast was very good with sweet and salty options and a great coffee. Staff is really kind and helpfull.
No window in the room, just in an extension where the closet and the table with chairs were located. For me it was not very convenient not to have natural light in the morning at wakeup.

Location was good with many places walkable. Enjoyed the bar. Roof top view nice but we didn't have the time or weather to enjoy it. Staff was very accommodating providing recommendations and maps to see things and for dinner. Excellent breakfast.
