Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices, the location is just next to the bus station that is very convenient using bus travel. The staff are were friendly helpful with useful suggestions practically.
The staff's English was very good who can explain everything easily, plus very good service. We were moved if we could get a coffee when we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, the receptionist made two cups of coffee and sent to our room immediately.

The hotel is new. Staff is outstanding. Very Clean. Incredible breakfast!! Amazing room and bed. Bathrooms were awesome. You can’t beat the location in the city center.
It’s only been open for 2 month so there room service kitchen closed at 10. But we called at 10:30 and they still whipped us up sandwiches

Room and breakfast service are good. The location is accessible by walking to most of the historical area and nearby eateries and restaurants.
Compared to other NH Collections, it has a less extensive hot food selection for breakfast.

Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel
Our family’s experience at this hotel was one of the worst we’ve had. Upon arrival, we encountered rude staff who seemed uninterested in assisting us. We faced a major inconvenience with no hot water for the entire 4 days of our stay, which was completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, we discovered a cleaning towel buried deep in my daughter's suitcase, as if the cleaning staff had been rummaging through our belongings. Additionally, the cleaning staff would knock once loudly in the mornings and barge in without waiting for a response, which was intrusive and disrespectful.
One night, we ordered food from the bartender, but it was not up to par. The following night, as a family of six with three booked rooms, we decided to bring in food so we could eat together. We found an empty conference room to use, only to be shouted at by two hotel employees for “bringing food into the hotel.” This was incredibly frustrating, especially given the circumstances.
Overall, the rooms were extremely small and didn’t accommodate our needs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It needs significant improvements in service, cleanliness, and communication.

If you're driving, make sure to contact front desk first, a bit tricky to enter and park in old town.

The location is perfect for those who want a central, vibrant, and fun location. The entire hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the soundproof windows are fantastic.

Property is right in the city centre and had plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. They had lovely interiors as well.
Our room was SMALL and kinda tight, although our friends rooms were a lot bigger. We were wondering why it was so when we all booked the same category

The whole room! The bed was very comfortable, the room was well insulated, the bath robes were nice, the soap smelled so good, the service was great… no notes!
The room was mostly clean but for some reason, the last few days we found a lot of ants crawling back and forth between the bathroom and entrance area. Like, a lot of ants. I’m not sure if it’s because the floors weren’t swept during cleanings or not. So that was unpleasant. Other than that, everything was great!
